He had done a nice job. He was very cooperative and had a good job.

He told me that the roof replacement was unnecessary. I really appreciated his honesty. If I need a new roof one day, I would certainly consider him.

We were very, very impressed with Steve's work. Other contractors gave us higher estimates and seemed afraid of tackling the removal of our old plaster ceiling. Steve, however, was not at all daunted by the challenge. To begin with, he brought all of the materials over himself (other contractors required that I go out and buy the sheet rock myself and rent a truck to get it home, etc). The whole project took Steve just a couple of days work. He was very careful about protecting our carpet and the furniture in our home. Steve was accompanied by a few helpers who were all extremely polite and courteous. After each day of work, they cleaned up the entire work area. There is not even a spot on my dining room carpet. The new ceiling that Steve and his helpers constructed is fantastic. It has really improved the look of our home. Next time I have any construction project I will simply call Steve and not waste my time with anyone else!

Very well. Steve was prompt in arriving for the estimate, and performed the work under what some folks might consider difficult conditions, no one was home and he had to let himself in and deal with our (friendly) dogs while he was there. When I returned home from work, the project was completed, all traces of construction mess were gone, and Steve was there with an invoice for the amount of the estimate. I was very pleased and will call again when I need remodeling work done on our 1939 house.

Steve was great! He was on time, stayed on budget and had the job done in a timely manner. Steve is polite and professional. We already have another job lined up with him. Steve will be the first one we call for home repair work.

My overall experience with Steve was superior and I plan on using him again and also providing references for him. I had an appointment to meet with him at 2:00 on Tuesday (he was there at 2:00 sharp)and then I showed him the 7 things that needed to be done. He told me that he could come 2 days later and would bring his assistant. He said that he would do some tests on 2 of the problems in order to determine the proper solutions. He arrived at the scheduled time, was prepared, and then began working. He was able to do testing to determine where the shower drained leaked and was able to fix the problem efficiently. He was also able to determine why one of the exterior doors leaked when it rained and installed a storm door with precision. In one day Steve and his assistant efficiently and skillfully completed all 7 of the items that needed fixing. They worked steadily and quietly, while respecting the property. Steve and his assistant each bill for $25.00 an hour.
