Great work. Responsive, efficient, tidy and professional.

The price was for labor for one hour. I already purchased and provided the faucet so it was expensive, but it hadn't been switched out in a long time. They had a hard time getting the old one off. They were here an hour, and not 10 minutes. It looks a lot nicer.

Great workmanship, efficiency, professionalism, and knowledge. Completely trustworthy and respectful of our time and home, from the initial estimate to the final walk-through with the inspector. Great communication and honest recommendations on what needed to be fixed. After getting 3 quotes, we were 100% comfortable with SPP and afterward, were 100% happy with the results.

Charlie completed the repair himself and while fixing the faulty connection he determined that another connection was close to failing. This helped us to avoid another disaster.

Wow! I had been looking for a plumber for over year, and they exceeded my expectations. They came in at a price similar to an unlicensed individual and at 30% of the price of one of the big name local companies. The staff was friendly and accommodating of my animals. They even brought treats for my dogs! Working with them was an absolute dream. As a single woman and a pet owner, I love working with companies that treat me and my pets with respect. I would hire them again and have already referred others to them.

Great experience! He explained everything to me - including various options for some of the repairs. He showed me how to perform some of the general maintenance for myself and walked me through options for a couple of larger repairs. Very reasonably priced, responsive and professional. I would (and will) definitely hire them again.

I called St. Paul Pipeworks and left a message. They called back within an hour and I was able to set up an appointment. They asked me to send them a photo of the faucet so that they would know ahead of time what equipment they might need. They were very prompt, friendly, and professional. Another plumber promised to do the work and then bailed. St Paul Pipeworks was able to come in at short notice. They gave a competitive quote and did a fantastic job. They've got loads of experience working w/ older homes. My project had no quirk they couldn't handle. In short, this team was one of the real highlights of my bath rehab. I've used a continuum of expertise on my projects - from my own DIY to lower skilled handymen to high experience pros. When it comes to a big bath rehab, solid pros are definitely worth the cost.

Excellent price was lower than quoted and repair was faster than estimated. Phil and Paul are not just great plumbers but are friendly. I will be hiring them to replace all my pipe s next year.

They were quick, informative and kind. Came right in, told me what needed to be done and got right to work because everything was on the truck. They had to call the city to shut the water off, but he was already working so when the city got there, the water was off for only 5 minutes.

There were 4 people and it took roughly 10 hours. Everything about them was better than any of the other companies I had checked for reference. They got everything done in a day. They were quick, clean and efficient. Also worked with my ideas and the way I wanted the stuff done.

Incredibly well, I called in the morning and they were there two hours later, even though it was not an emergency. I showed them my issues and Phil and Paul walked me through what would need to be done. After giving me a quote (which seemed very fair!) They did a full repipe of my sewer vent system. This was incredibly quick, and they also installed my new tub. They were detailed, clean, professional and QUICK! Definitely will work with them again in the future for my plumbing needs.

was not an easy project. First company I called came out to assess the problem and never got back to me even after several phone calls. Assuming they didn't want to deal with it since it was going to be difficult.

My regular plumber was going to charge me an enormous amount to do a band aid fix that didn't end up working on my faucets that are no longer in production in my Kitchen. My neighbor told me that they know a plumber who could fix anything. He came looked at my faucet and told me the parts that I needed to order from Moan. When the parts came in he was able to fix them and I was able to keep the faucets that I prefer because they allow my backslash to be showcased.

The one steel pipe left in our house started leaking all over our basement, so we called St. Paul Pipeworks to replace it with PVC. They came out and we found out that the location of the pipe was horrific, which is why it had never been replaced to begin with. It went from the basement up to the 2nd floor bathroom, and they had to rip into the kitchen and dining room wall and ceiling, as well as our basement bathroom wall ceiling, to replace it. The estimate was done quickly, and the crew that came out was very courteous and knowledgeable. We thought we wanted copper, but after explaining to us why PVC is better, cheaper, and easier, we went with PVC. They were great and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend them!

One of the best service experiences in our decade of owning a home. Super response time, and very extensive and clear communications, particularly during a tricky job that could have cost a LOT more without their extra problem-solving. Solid, professional work, and also really friendly, helpful guys (thanks, Craig!). Will 100% use them in the future.

Plumber took pipes apart and cleared it out and gave me good advice about what tends to clog a disposal. I haven't had a problem since and it has been about 3 years.
