Got the my house the same day I called. Repair was completed quickly and it all works perfectly now. Would highly recommend them for fast, courteous, professional service done right. Have a couple other projects to do and will definitely call St. Paul Pipeworks again!

Loved working with this team. They helped by providing links to recommended products when I was choosing the faucet set. On the day they came to fix it there was a miscommunication as the installer didn’t realize we also had a leak. He rolled with the changes, fixed the leak, installed new **** off valves he noticed were missing and then put the new faucet in. So happy we hired them.

Estimator explained things well and accurately estimated the cost. First working appointment had to be postponed for a few days due to plumber calling in sick. Was not a problem for me. The 2 men came as rescheduled, worked efficiently, did the work as outlined in the estimate, cleaned up when done. They were pleasant, professional and explained things. Price matched estimate. I would hire them again.

Phil replaced a shower at our previous house to help get it ready to sell. We liked him and had him do work on our new place: he replaced a water heater, and did some pipework. He also helped us understand the pluming of our new (old) place, so we could have a good plan for future work needed. We would hire him again.

Well the job was done on schedule and on time. I felt a little surprised by the price I didn't see that the service charge was tacked on top of the list price.

My furnace crapped out and the pipes froze. Craig and Paul did a great job of locating, repairing, and patching up all of the leaks and did their best to keep the cost as low as possible, re-using parts and making sure that everything was leak-free and replaced before they left - despite it being an all-day job. Definitely satisfied and glad I went with them!

Great! It always amazes me with the difference in price on bids. St Paul Pipeworks had the best bid out of 4 received and 2 of the other bids were more than double their price. I met Charlie when he came over to bid the work and I appreciated his straight forward process. When his crew did the work, they were great to work with all the way through the city inspection process. I would recommend St Paul Pipeworks, without hesitation, to a friend or family member who needed plumbing services. Note - the price below does NOT include the city permit fee.

The guys called and asked if they could show up a couple hours early from their scheduled appointment which worked out great for me. They were extremely polite, professional, and clean. They wore booties over their boots to keep my floors clean. That really meant a lot to a neat freak like me. They even had treats for my dogs. They talked me through everything that needed to be done, what they were going to do, step-by-step, and the cost before they started the work. They came prepared with parts already. Work was done in a couple hours and everything works great. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be contacting them again in the future. They didn't try and sell me on crap I didn't need, gave me tips to keep things running smoothly and also offered advice on what I should do in the future such as replacing old galvanized pipes with PEX.

When I called to see what time they were coming, I was told that whoever had taken my request had not written it down, but they found a way to get here the same morning and did a marvelous job of installing the toilet, which required some work since the old one had been installed wrong. When they installed the grab bars, they explained the placement, etc. and in the end they gave me a slight break on the price because of the scheduling mix-up. I have used them twice now and would recommend them to anyone.

We were able to get an appointment made quickly. The two men who came to our home were friendly and professional. They replaced the hardware and thought the leak had been fixed, but shortly after they left, the drip was back again. We made another appointment and the same two men came out. This time they got it right. They were very responsive.

The project went great. The plumbers came in and completed all promised services over two days. The plumbers were great: knowledgeable, hard-working and courteous. They understood I was working under time constraints and went out of their way to help me. On the second day, they did their work in the basement without electricity because the electricians were there and had the power off. They used head lanterns to do their work. They could have objected to performing the work without power but they did not. They just adapted to the situation and did a fantastic job. We could not be happier with their services. I highly recommend this company. I was charged the bid price and felt it was a very fair price after I saw all the work they did.

Extremely profesional. They fixed my outdoor spigot and gave me a quote on my remodel. They were very concerned that I received a quote in a timely fashion. I would highly recommend them.

The smoothest part of a long kitchen remodel. Keith, our main point of contact, was thoughtful and professional. They were also easy to get in touch with when needed. Keith was also very patient as the date for finish work got moved back a few times because of issues on my end. The crew that came out was just as professional and thoughtful as Keith. They were always at my home when they said they would be and were on time. The finished work was done beautifully in a challenging older home.

Our toilet was leaking and we had to shut it off at the shut-off valve. They were about a week and a half out but we decided to wait. They showed up on time and they offered me the new member coupon on their suggestion. They were here for not very long and the toilet was easily repaired - I just wish they weren't so busy so they could have come sooner. Thank you!

We have a small question about whether the toilet seat was scratched during installation, but they were tidy and efficient. Competitive price, good communication.
