Description of Work: Charlie Avoles and his crew replaced a failing water heater with a higher-efficiency, vented product, plus installed back-yard frost-free garden hose connection. Re-routed several poorly-placed laundry tub water feed pipes for better placement. Charlie coordinated a quick visit by an electrician to provide an extra outlet (required to be nearby heater by building codes) for the new vent fan. Crew was timely, efficient, polite, resourceful in solving installation code requirements, and all questions were responsively sorted out ahead of time. Helpful with accommodating payment schedule for the unplanned water heater swap. Treats employees and partners well, and a pleasure to do business with.

Description of Work: I had a leak in my bathroom sink. They were here all day and two wonderful men took care of the problem. I was very happy with the experience. They worked very hard and were very kind.

Description of Work: The flush valve lever on the toilet had worn out, and replacements from the hardware store were no better. I figured the problem had to do with the seal, but they came in and said no, you just need a better lever -- one that works with this kind of toilet. He installed it and the operation was much better. I don't know how long it will last, since this was the day before the sale of the house closed, but he helpfully told me that they guarantee repairs for a year -- which I passed, along with the receipt, to the new owners.

Description of Work: I requested the company to provide and install a "high toilet." The installation was scheduled to accommodate my schedule, the plumber was professional, very polite, and efficient, and the bathroom was cleaned following completion of the work. A complication was found which resulted in a higher-than-quoted price, but I was very comfortable with what I was charged for the extra work. The job went so well that I have decided to have another "high toilet" installed by the same company. This one is a special order which should be arriving within the next week or two.

Description of Work: They added an extension drain hose on my new washing machine. It went great. They suggested a lower cost option than I had expected, which would have involved reconfiguring the pipes under the washtub. I have already called them for another plumbing project.

Description of Work: Replaced a bathroom including all the water lines and sewer lines. Bathroom was completely gutted.

Description of Work: They did a repair on a leaking vent pipe in my basement that had been incorrectly installed decades ago. When the pipe developed a crack, the vent pipe, which had water in it due to the incorrect installation leaked water into my basement. | |The repair was professionally done, and while the location of my basement tub sink didn't permit a complete resolution of the original installation problem the new section was re-routed to greatly minimize future issues, and with the heavy-duty plastic pipe, the rusting problem that caused the original crack is also eliminated.

Description of Work: They installed a garbage disposal and replaced a hot water tank. Service was excellent.

Description of Work: Repipe, replace garbage disposer a hot water butler (not yet wired into the kitchen electrical system directly). There is still more to go, replace laundry tub, and tear into main bathroom wall since now the water pressure to the sink is extremely low, but that would entail breaking into the wall. I have spent enough money for now and will readdress again when I can.
