Description of Work: Reset toilet and applied new grouting where toilet meets the bathroom floor. Replaced stopper in bathroom sink which included sending me out to buy the part which made it much cheaper than buying it from them. Shower head under guarantee was not working correctly and they will replace it.

Description of Work: Our pipes froze and they came to our rescue promptly, reminded us to call our insurance, did not overcharge us and were helpful and informative along the way. Did a great job!

Description of Work: We thought a simple job (a leaking pipe) would be an easy fix. Not so, but they explained every new finding and what it would require. I was quite satisfied. They even did an "add on" job, installing a sprayer in our kitchen sink.

Description of Work: Plumbing "We had a leak in the basement that turned out to be a leaky toilet. The plumber clearly explained that we could just have our current toilet reset and resealed or get a new toilet for more money. The guys were great, they came on time, and they kept everything spotless. I liked that it's a locally owned company using young guys, so they're creating jobs, too. I definitely recommend them!"

Description of Work: He came to install a toilet and install some cutoff valves. The two toilets that were in the truck had flawed finishes, inside unopened boxes. Charlie from the office came with a third, that was just fine. I only was charged the initial estimate, even though it took a lot longer than originally planned. There was not enough room to install the tub cutoff valves, so I was not charged for those.

Description of Work: They came out and fixed my pipe for water and put in a shut off valve, they put a shower head in for me too.

Description of Work: We had a small leak from when a previous owner replumbed the bathroom and had 2 pieces of copper pipe rubbing against each other. The guys from St. Paul Pipe Works arrived a bit later than our appointment, but they quickly replaced the leaky pipes with PEX and made a remarkably small hole in the wall. They also cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Major remodel of a bathroom

Description of Work: Ran new hot & cold risers from basement to 2nd floor duplex. Ran all new pipes to bathroom but had to tie onto kitchen lines below floor (difficult). Ran new hot for 2nd floor from water heater to new tie ins to laundry faucet. Everything went great. Arrived that Friday afternoon to stabilize the situation and reestablish running water to areas that were possible. Arrived the following Monday and completed all the work, including removing sections of plaster wall to access pipes. Finished that afternoon and everything was as clean as a whistle. I was really impressed by their responsiveness, ability to explain the situation to me as I do not know plumbing, and their high level of pride in craft and workmanship. We need more work to be done to fix up this old house and, when I have the money, I will call St. Paul Pipeworks first.
