Great. Highly satisfied on all levels, as usual.

Initially repaired about 6 months ago. It started leaking again, they came back and repaired it again no charge.

Suggested some replacement part which I had to order.

I was given a discount on the service call because they were running behind on my scheduled day of service due to issues at an earlier job. They rescheduled for the next day and arrived on time. This was not a problem and I appreciated not waiting around on the first day and was given early notice of the delay. They discovered issues with three toilets that caused them to flush improperly and waste water which I was unaware of. They uncovered the drain in an unused laundry closet so that I could install a washer/dryer there. There was no charge for this. I LOVE that they have a fully stocked truck so there were no unnecessary return visits due to lack of materials.

Every aspect of the experience was great...couldn't have been better. St. Paul Pipeworks consistently delivers a great service with knowledgeable and pleasant plumbers who get the job done promptly and well and who explain our options and provide the information we need to use the new system effectively.

Even though I called the day after Christmas, when other plumbers weren't working, Charlie was able to come over the next day to remove the old fixtures and have them matched. The next day the crew arrived promptly to replace them. They took less than an hour. The price seemed a bit much for that amount of work, but apparently it's the going rate (why did I even bother with college?). However, I'd use them again as they were so friendly, professional and skilled.

I had basic tasks done and I was charged over $500 for little over an hour of work, but the most disappointing is that my sink is still not performing any better than before the work was performed. I complained, was told that someone would get back to me (now it's going on 4 weeks and no one has returned my calls). It goes to the voice-mail and no one gets back to me. Talking about flushing money down the drain - that would apply to my situation. would not use this service again, nor would I recommend it to any one.

Very well. The service was performed by Phil, who was incredibly efficient as well as very friendly and gracious to my nosy family. Was very impressed and will likely call St Paul Pipeworks again.

Great. They arrived on time andwere in and out in no time. Shiwed me busted pipe and replaced with modern shut off valves for winter and showed me how to set them to avoid future problems. This is second time using them for plumbing and will definitely recommend and use them again!

First class workmanship, punctuality, cleanup at a fair price. They are the best!

Responsiveness- Charlie answered the phone right away and they were able to schedule a visit two days later. Cost- Charlies gave an estimation over the phone and the final cost stayed within his estimation. On-time- they called ahead to confirm the appointment and arrived within the estimated time. Work- done in a very speedy manner. It is obvious that they know exactly what need to be done and it was done professionally. Extra bonus- I have another outdoor faucet kind of stuck in place. They were willing to take a look, foudn out what was wrong and fixed it with no additional charge. Their willingness to go an extra mile is greatly appreciated

The work went very well, on time, quick, and good work. The expected price was under quoted by a factor of 3, so the score grade is low.

Phil and I had more trouble getting the water valve to problem area shut off than he had replacing the part. After he replaced the part he tested that it would shut off completely. There was a very slow drip which I likely would have let pass but Phil removed it and put in another which didn't drip at all. I am grateful he persisted.

Great in all respects. Love this company.

It all went very well. Now we have a great toilet. St. Paul Pipeworks is who we'll use for all our plumbing needs form now on.

I spoke with the owner (Charlie I believe) when I made the appointment and he was so kind and helpful. He made sure his team was here the next day. The young men that showed up were so professional and helpful. They got the job done in 30 minutes or less and the charges were so absolutely reasonable!! I will be sure to contact them in the future when when I need some plumbing work done.

VERY well! In fact, I ask myself, "Where have these guys been all my life?" We have owned old houses in St. Paul for 30 years and I wish I always had these plumbers. First, the response and politeness when I called was wonderful. Then, I got a call a few minutes before they showed and they were RIGHT on time. They put on booties to respect our house and they come with uniforms so I had confidence who I was letting in my house. Best of all -- they got into the plumbing and found the problem quickly, and fixed it in a flash. Our bill was way less than I had painfully worried that it might be, which leads me to ask why I struggled with this poor hot water pressure in that tub for so long. Craig and Keith were so professional, friendly and competent. They explained what the problem was and cleaned up beautifully as well. AND, unlike some other plumbers we have had, they did not try to sell me to change or upgrade our old plumbing fixtures in this house. For all my fellow St. Paul residents with these old homes -- this is the plumber service you need to know about and use! Also, for any resident that had the big street work done (new sewer/water) and have had some water pressure or other issues since then, this is the place to call. That was our problem -- rocks and sediment had settled in pipes and old tub faucets (despite having turned water off in basement during project, and let it run in basement before opening to rest of house later). Call St. Paul Pipeworks. I think they really know and respect our old houses in St. Paul, so they earned their name too. It went very well. The owner of the business and his employees were prompt in conducting an evaluation of the circumstances and explaining my repair options. They arrived when they said they would to complete the process and kept me advised of the status throughout the repair process. They were extremely careful in my home to keep any debris that is naturally associated with this type of work at a minimum. When explaining my options for repair, they did not focus on the most expensive option but rather carefully described the advantages and disadvantages of the options available to me. It would be difficult to find even a small criticism of the work they performed. They also recommended a painter to complete the last steps of the repair process. He was excellent as well for all of the same reasons - respectful, kept me apprised of the status of his work, kept any related mess in my home to a minimum, and the quality of his work was also excellent. Total bill approximately $6000

It went very well. I thought $200+ for 20 min. work was a little high but it was in the range they mentioned. They were knowledgeable and did good work.

It didn't. I woke up this morning to a toilet that leaked water all over my bathroom and down to the basement when I flushed it. I started making calls, and was relieved when St. Paul Pipeworks answered my call promptly and told me they could make it out this afternoon. At 4:00 pm they called to inform me they wouldn't be able to make it and abruptly canceled the appointment I get that things happen, but on a Friday afternoon this was unacceptable and told him they should have at least called me sooner so that I could have tried someone else. He had no answer for me except an apology.

Very friendly, very quick service. Included some extra plumbing work at minimal charge.

It went very well. They looked at all 3 toilets, and before they started, they told me exactly how much each one would cost to repair. So there were no surprises. I also had many questions about eventually replacing one toilet. I wanted to know how the entire process would work, and they took the time to tell me what I needed to know, and the cost.

This morning we woke up to water dripping through the ceiling from the upstairs bathroom. We narrowed it down to the sink cabinet. I called and left a message for St. Paul Pipe Works after finding them in the Angie's lust directory. They called back within 5 minutes and although busy fit us in this morning. They found a leak in the water supply line, and a broken part in the toilet that was also causing a leak. They explained everything to me, the work was completed quickly and tidily, and I still had mosty of my day left. what a relief.
