Description of Work: An old vent line pipe in my basement broke on a Sunday. It had water in it because it had been installed incorrectly 40 years or more ago, so that went onto my basement floor. I called the company on Sunday, and the owner answered and talked me through what I needed to do until he could get someone there on Monday. I hadn't understood what was going on, and he gave me a short tutorial over the phone, just from my description. | |On Monday, Phil came out, and fixed it. In addition, he re-routed the pipe so that it wouldn't fill with water as it had been. He explained everything, including what had been done incorrectly so long ago that caused a vent pipe to have water in it and eventually rust out. | |I had a great experience with St. Paul Pipeworks, and have two other annoying issues I've been putting off that I will be calling them back to fix.
