Terrible. For the estimate Carl was fine, but later he was difficult to get in touch with, missed two appointments and did not call to tell me he was unable to come. I took that as a bad sign, but was unable to find another company that could do the job before it got too cold to work with the vinyl siding that needed to be removed to blow the insulation in from the outside. When he finally did come he was rude, late, and spent less than 4 hours on the job. Other companies told me it was an 8-10 hour job. Carl also only blew in insulation from the bottom, whereas other companies said they would drill two holes and fill from the top and bottom of the wall. When I questioned him about how he filled insulation above the windows (because the holes he drilled to access the wall were only below the window) he had no response. We discussed him coming back to finish the upper parts of the walls and to blow insulation into my attic (for which he gave me a reasonable estimate), but he missed two more appointments, without calling to tell me he was not going to make it and I decided to stop working with him. Unfortunately, I had paid him for the entire initial job (not including the attic) already, though he had only completed 60% of the job. I strongly recommend against working with this company.
