Excellent.

Not yet started. Went with this company because they took the time to personally call me & discuss our needs & estimate a reasonable cost. They came and went within an hour. They just blew leaves to front with a leaf blower & left the sticks lay in the yard. Half the leaves were left in the street in front of the mailbox, with no mention when or if they'd be back to take them. I had to call company and complain about the sticks not being picked up and the pile of leaves left in the street in front of the group mailbox so mailman could not deliver. They did send a guy who just started working there back to finish the job.

WOW! So happy with Spade Landscaping! We found Spade Landscaping on Angie's List and were immediately sent an estimate. After checking with a couple of other pros, Spade Landscaping had the best price and gave a detailed description of the work that would be performed. We've never hired out for this service before so this was beneficial to our decision making process. The day the work was performed, we were pleasantly surprised when we returned home to a perfectly manicured lawn completely free of leaves and landscaping that looked immaculate. Our lawn was mowed, a small amount of leaves were power mulched to return nutrients back to the soil, and all excess leaves were hauled away. I'm including a photo (taken the morning AFTER the work was performed) which also shows the amount of leaves in our neighbor's yard. Please note that our yard had about twice as many leaves as this. We've been away so much lately that we haven't been able to keep on top tthings as we normally would. The crew even remembered to shut both of our backyard gates when they left! Even though we always double check them before we let our dogs out, this thoughtfulness was very much appreciated. All communication was friendly and prompt and payment was made easy with an emailed invoice and the option of paying by check, ETF or credit card. It was just an ideal experience all around and we will definitely hire them again in the future!

Very expensive. I'm putting up an above ground pool where a trampling currently sits (so its not too out of level). I asked for an estimate on taking out the grass adding some sand and leveling it. Estimate came in at $2545. ($1876 + addnt 35% -$656 to account for it being a small job). Have no clue what kind of work they do but that I found this estimate to be outrageous. Obviously not interested in my business.

Excellent, Nate was professional and responsive. Had great ideas, I hadn't thought of. Very happy.

We got a daily report of what they were doing. I knew what to expect and when. Work crew was nice and courteous. All members of the crew answered our questions . The clean up was great. They did not leave anything behind. We did not have to clean up anything. We choose to put down sod or grow grass where the machines were used.

The workers were very polite, on time, they did not smoke and were very very good. The second day they had to work in cold weather and they worked very hard!

It looks so great! They did an amazing job. They worked well with the contractor who was rebuilding our deck. Very easy to work with.

Service was solid when provided. However there were 4 weeks that services were not provided. I called several times, emailed as well, and was told repeatedly "We will look into it". With NO follow up until Jan 5th, 2017 for services not provided during the summer. Nate, the head of the company apparently, all but accused me of lying despite the fact that there were 4 specific weeks of rain and no mowing. I also emailed and called with my concerns about this. No reply. This organization is horrible with respect to follow through and trustworthiness of their landscapers. They filled out timecards stating my lawn was mowed for 4 weeks during the summer in which they did not mow. I highly recommend you avoid this company at all costs as you will be billed for services that may not be rendered.

I was contacted by Spade and set up an appointment for review of our project. The representative was a no show. I was excited to review his work and make plans. I do not work with organizations that do not respect my time.

Nate and his team were very professional. Nate made suggestions that really helped make the backyard exactly what we wanted. The work was high quality and at a fair price.

I have used this company for a number of years for irrigation service following a major landscaping project the company did for me about six years ago. Nate, the owner, and his crew did a great job with a major overhaul of our front yard. We continue to use this company for smaller projects as they occur.. They are reasonable and dependable.

I contacted Spade Landscaping for an estimate on a patio area dig of approximately 500 sq. ft. Although we did not end up using this contractor, Nathan was very professional and responsive to questions and options. Even though the services were not in our budget at the time, I would consider Spade Landscaping in the future.

Nat Raider is the owner and he brought out a sample kit that we hooked up in the fall and used it all winter making some changes as we went. In the Spring he came back out and we talked about all the options and what we and he thought would work best. After we thought about for a couple of weeks we place an order with him. The installation hasn't taken place yet. However, this is not the first time we have worked Nate and his crew. Back in 2009, he did a major regrading of your property and built a fabulous water feature in our back yard to correct a problem with water in our basement. The job cost about $80,000.00 and Nate's estimate was right on. Everything went on schedule and we have the perfect back yard. Spade Landscaping has done other work for us and we are hiring them this fall to install a patio. I can't speak highly enough of the quality of their work, professionalism and ease of dealing with.

Project went very well. End results were as planned. Good communication throughout project. Estimates were low compared to finish price.
