I choose this company because they are neighbors and they have been in business for a long time. The work was completed in 2005. In 2006 2 keystone areas started to collapse and the paver walkway from the front yard into the back yard was heaving. We contacted Southview Garden Center's owner (which actually worked on the project) and asked him to come to take a look and he said he would. He did not and we talked to him repeatedly and he continued to say he would stop by but did not come by. We continued to try to contact him and he would not return the calls or stop by. As a note he is also a neighbor. After 2 years of no response we started to contact other landscapers for bids to fix the problem. The lowest bid came in at $3,500.00 to fix the keystone walls that were collapsing and $5,000 to fix the heaving pavers. In 2007 we opted to fix the keystone areas. This is unconscionable to have to pay to have something repaired when the company, which installed this, should stand behind the work. I will NEVER use or recommend this company for anything and if I am asked I share my terrible service and money story with them.
Description of Work: Landscaped front, side and back yard including cutting down a hill, adding several keystone areas, a paver walkway and paver back patio, and great amounts of plantings both perennial and annuals throughout the job.
