 + -1 moreI bought an Archer leather power reclining sofa two years and three months ago. The dye is already wearing off of the leather on one of the recliners. I live alone and am not hard of furniture. I have other recliners that are twenty years old and show no wear of the color. Slumberland has refused to repair it. I bought the insurance policy but since there was no accident causing the damage. This is due to poor workmanship. I've been a Slumberland customer for over thirty years but I'm done with them. If you but furniture from them don't expect it to last.

 + -1 moreI had looked for sofas all over town. We walked into slumberland Mike greeted us and left us to browse. I found one I liked but it was not a color I liked. Mike pointed out it could be ordered in a color I liked. The one in the store was a manual recliner and Mike said it could be ordered electric. Ok perfect. My sofa arrived in two weeks time. The delivery team were polite and efficient working it in through a doorway too narrow for it to slide in straight.
Description of Work: I purchased a new sofa from slumberland. It is my second furniture purchase from them. My new sofa is great. Then delivery went very well even with my undersized doorways and it was snowing that day.

 + -1 moreI contacted Slumberland about this problem and they checked with the manufacturer and they told me there was nothing they would do to help me and that I was out of luck as the year warranty was up. They did suggest I have someone fix it and I pay for that(right).
Description of Work: I purchased a new leather couch from Slumberland a little over a year ago and paid a good price for it. I noticied one of the cushions has a lump running down the middle suggestion that the inner cushion is coming apart thus making the couch look terrible and not long for the dump. I contacted Slumberland about this as I assumed Slumberland would want to help me remedy this problem, as like I said the couch is just over a year old. Slumberland said there is only a year warranty on the cushion but life on the frame so they will not do anything to fix this issue. What kind of furniture are they selling that starts to fall apart in a year. They charge a lot for it and it is nothing but cheap chrap cheap. I hope everyone that sees this takes note as I have never had any issues with them until now and I cannot believe that they will not help a former customer as I will never shop there again. It is obvious that they are selling very lowgrade furniture to start falling apart so soon.
