Description of Work: My existing asphalt driveway was buckling and breaking apart. The front and side concrete stoops were in bad shape with rebar exposed in places. The front sidewalk from the stoop to the driveway was sunken and tilted. Sierra Exteriors removed the existing driveway, stoops and sidewalk and replaced them with concrete. They also addded a patio and rear stoop. The front lawn was regraded. The landscaping between the house and new concrete was also replaced. I orignally contacted Matt Villella / Sierra Exteriors and got an estimate on the driveway, two stoops and connecting sidewalk. After hiring Matt for the project I decided to add a patio and rear stoop as well. I also asked for 5" thick concrete on the driveway. Matt said this would be no problem. Matt told me upfront that my front lawn should be regraded for proper drainage and to properly meet the driveway. The original house builders apparently dumped as much excavation dirt as possible in the front yard which left a humped profile. Matt regraded the front lawn himself. The patio and rear stoop were poured first and Matt used new stamping forms he had just acquired. The concrete for the patio and stoops was also colored. The original plan was for the driveway to have colored stamped borders. Matt suggested stamped soldier courses instead of the borders. I asked, "Can't we do both"? Matt smiled and replied, "I guess we can". The new driveway was also widened to the width of the existing garage apron. When the concrete had set and dried they sealcoated everything. When everything else had been completed the landscaping between the house and new concrete was redone incorporating some existing hastas.

Description of Work: Patio, side walks, lot grading, and tree removal.

Description of Work: Matt came out and created the design we requested and provided us with an estimate. He gave us an approximate date they could begin and they were here a week early. The team removed our old slab of patio cement, removed old landscaping, laid new steps and a stamped cement patio in our backyard. They replanted grass and cleaned up after themselves.

Description of Work: Had an old patio that was sloping towards the house removed & replaced with a new stamped patio and a drain system. Also had part of the yard graded & posts put in to move a fence. Had them fix one thing this spring.

Description of Work: Sierra removed a 12 year old timber retaining wall that had started to rot. They built a new concrete block retaining wall system with drainage. They built the wall with very nice stairs. They also graded and poured a stamped textured concrete landing for deck steps, and a similarly constructed patio. The project was coordinated perfectly with a major house remodeling project that was underway.
