SCHWARZ CONSTRUCTION CO

We used Schwarz Construction twice for home improvement projects. The first was summer of 2010. We wanted to put siding on the outside of our house and do some new landscaping. We contacted Dave Schwarz for some ideas and an estimate. He proposed much more than we could think of- a front porch, stone and great decorative touches to the outside. We loved the ideas and considered the cost very reasonable. After selecting the materials we wanted, Dave and his crew started work - removing trees, sod and plants. Soon siding was off, and work began.The workmanship of his crew was outstanding. Dave also added some custom built additions to our project. We did run into some rainy weather that slowed the project down, but it was finished in a timely manner. We are extremely happy with the new "face" of our house. Another change that was made was a new concrete driveway. The old one was removed and a new, bigger driveway was added. After the outside was done, we needed new landscaping. Mary Schwarz designed a plan, which I liked. We went shopping and selected plants. Mary planted them herself. The landscaping, new driveway and new outside of our house makes it look like it was just built. The second project was in October of 2011. It was a room remodel, re-insulating, patio door replacement and updated lighting. Again, the ideas he proposed were great and the cost reasonable. We needed to re-sheetrock a room, new ceiling and lighting, and a closet. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. The new room looks great. We also had to replace a patio door. We talked to him about putting it in, and he had it in the next day. Dave was accessible when we needed to sit down with him and discuss progress and updates on the work. We highly recommend Schwarz Construction for anyone needing building or remodeling projects.
