computer repair
+ -1 moreDropped off my printer/scanner/fax for repair in May 2007. Never heard from them. Called and was told it needed a part that was expensive, but which he might be able to find on eBay, and that he'd check and keep me posted. I expected I'd hear back. I never did. I finally did replace the printer, as we needed one, and after a YEAR had passed, I called and left a message with someone else, explaining that they'd had my printer for a year and I hadn't heard anything. The guy said he'd have someone call, but no one ever did (not really surprised at this point). So they've had my printer, which is now obsolete and presumably still broken, for a year and a half, they don't return my calls, and I've never heard from them again.
Description of Work: Brought in my multifunction printer for repair.
