Sandstrom Windows

Steve was very helpful in explaining the problem with the windows, the warranty and options for replacing them. The installer was very nice and professional. I'm sooooo pleased with my new windows. I have recommended them already to a neighbor with the same problem.

We contacted Sandstrom Windows and asked for an estimate. A person that does scheduling for Sandstrom Windows called me back within a day or two and we scheduled for Joel Sandstrom to come to our home to do an estimate on 4-28-17. Joel and his work associate arrived on time. Joel spent about 1.5 hours with us, discussing our window and siding needs. He said he would get back to us in a week or so with a detailed estimate. It's been 7 weeks now, and we still have not heard back from Joel or received his estimate. Over a several week period, I called the Sandstrom Window phone number, spoke to a person in the office, and told them we were waiting to receive an estimate from Joel. Each time, I was assured Joel would get the message and he would call me back and / or send the estimate information. It's now 7-21-17 and I still have not heard back from Joel Sandstrom. I made a final attempt to reach Joel today (7-21-17) and again was told my message will be passed on to Joel. The person I spoke with offered as an excuse that they have been incredibly busy due to work that has come up from the hail damage in Blaine, MN, earlier this summer. This may very well be true, but that circumstance does not excuse them from at least making a courtesy phone call back to a potential customer. Based on my "first impression" experiences with this company, I would not trust them to do work on my home.

Sandstrom was wonderful to work with. They were prompt and efficient. They installed 21 new windows in 2 days and worked within the budget of our insurance claim which they negotiated on our behalf. The windows look great, the guys were friendly and professional, and cleaned up very well afterward. It was a super experience and I would definitely hire them again.

I called Sandstrom up to see if they had some parts for 10 year old windows in our home. I called late on a Friday afternoon and Ryan answered the phone, knew exactly what I needed, ordered them for me from his distributor, sent me a follow-up email... all in last than 15 minutes. The next day (!), the correct parts were delivered to my door. I was shocked. They were exactly what I needed and easy to install. Such an easy experience. Thank you, guys!

The two men that replaced the windows were wonderful. Very nice and worked efficiently. I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends.

We had a great experience with Sandstrom Windows. Their representative, Todd, came to our house on multiple occasions to go over our options with associated pricing, and went out of his way to help us find and select the options that best met our wishes and our budget. It took us a long time to decide what we wanted, but he was persistently patient and helpful the entire time. We requested some atypical options, and he researched and answered all our questions. The installed windows are beautiful, and exactly what we wanted. The window installation itself went very quickly, with very little inconvenience to us. The installers were very neat, and if there were no new windows to show for it, we would never have known they had been in our home. Sandstrom's color experts did a great job of matching our existing trim. I highly recommend Sandstrom Windows, and would use them again in a heartbeat.

They were so responsive and came right away to fix it. I live in a town home and it was a specific type of window and they were able to repair it for me, which was great. They were professional, polite and showed up on time.
