Description of Work: Ken doesn't do rotor rooter work. Last time I called him and he said he doesn't do that anymore. I called Rotor Rooter and it was 199.99 to unclog my bath room sink! I have another bathroom sink that is clogged, and called Ken. He gave me the advice to buy a snake at Home Depot for $25.00 and instructed me how to unclog the drain.

+ 4 moreThey have also fixed my downstairs toilet and installed faucets in the kitchen in the past. I believe they only work for senior citizens and handicapped people. They are very reliable. I have used them many, many times. Everything went well the last time I used them.
Description of Work: We used F&K Construction for kitchen and bathroom remodeling. They did the bathtub, toilet, and the showers over the bathtub. They gutted it out and did the whole thing. They also did electrical work, drywall, painting, and installed ceramic tiles on the floor.

+ 0 moreIt took us a while to coincide our work schedule. But it was not an emergency and I was happy with the time frame and the price and workmanship. He even helped me with a little extra job on my back door at no charge. Very nice, knowledgeable and prepared.
Description of Work: Replaced the inside valve for the outside faucet.
