+ -1 moreRyan seemed very knowledgeable about the different things. He was close to our age so he was able to connect with us very well. He knew about the first time home buying and was very helpful in that perspect. He was responsive. He let us know about the different things in the market. He let us know about the downfall of short sales and foreclosures. He was very willing to work with us when going to see different houses. He is honest, and very willing to point out positives and negatives about both the homes and the areas. He was very willing to fight for the terms of the financing and be proactive about it.
