+ -1 moreI have found the owners, Mike and Dave Hagen to be extremely responsive to any issues that I may. They are not on property, but they make sure to get back with you quickly. I have always gotten good results from the people they have working on these apartments. It is a secured entry facility, which is a very a important feature to me. I really helps me sleep at night to know it is a secured entry facility. The building is located close to a very busy intersection which can make it quite noisy at some periods.
Description of Work: I am renting a small, 1 bedroom apartment with no dinette area.
