Roof to Deck Restoration

I got a response the quote in a timely manner. They started when they said they would and worked hard through heat and did a great job.

We've had no problems at all. They're absolutely fine. We did not invite them this year due to financial reasons but they're coming next spring. If we're not home, they'll leave an estimate so we'll know how much it's going to cost. They've always been on time in the past and they do a good job. Their work lasts from year to year; it doesn't degrade in any way. The quality of their work is very good. Sometimes they can't come because the weather interferes, too.

From the quote to finish - it was very professional. they cleaned up well and communicated delays due to rain . Intend to use them again.

We have used Roof to Deck in the past I was impressed with their thorough cleaning of the deck. This time we were hoping to get the deck refinished before a party. Roof to Deck did their best to get it done on two weeks notice but with the raining spring I am sure they were backlogged. They did appear after our desired date without notice. Again the deck was thoroughly cleaned and left to dry. A crew of three came to finish the staining and although they did a fair job on the staining they managed to trample some newly planted plants around the deck and broke a sprinkler I had set up to water some new sod. Overall they did a good job but with the scheduling backlog and carelessness around the deck I give them a B.

They arrived on time and did a great job stripping the old finish off my deck, cleaned, brightened the wood deck, railings, spindles, steps, support posts and lattice. After drying for a few days they checked the moisture in the wood before sealing / staining. They applied two coats and it looks great. They also cleaned / washed the siding on my home, and it looks great.

Received an estimate to restrain our fence. They came out quickly to look at the job after contact and we did not have to be there. Quote price was within range but we went with another company who was also going to paint our house exterior.

Both the cleaning and the staining were done with great care and thoroughness. Sean K was friendly and courteous. He took the time needed to do the job right. We were very impressed.

Roof-to-Deck Restoration did an excellent job on my project. I asked them to try to get the job done before a scheduled graduation party we were having, and they were extremely accommodating. One of their employees - Charlie - went above and beyond in cleaning our retaining walls, steps, and cement slab at the base of our lower deck. He also did a great job stripping and resealing the decks themselves. He was great to work with and took great pride in his craftsmanship.

They were extremely responsive in an emergency situation. ?They were professional and easy to work with. ?I'd definitely go back to them for other services.

getting scheduled and finalizing a price took a bit longer than it should have but once those details were agreed to, they did a very nice job overall, replacing broken or missing shingles and did a very good 'clean up' job once completed. very satisfied with their work. really made our old wood shake roof look much never and cleaner.

Made an appointment to review everything that will be done. Set a date for the treatment, showed up on time, did everything as outlined and cleaned up after work was completed. Great professional work. Highly RECOMMEND Roof-to-Deck Restoration!

They just did a great job. I'd definitely give them a nod. We looked up Angie's List to access some different people and we got some estimates. They weren't the lowest but from what they said they would do and what it would cost, we felt they were reasonable and I can't say we were disappointed so I thought they did a pretty good job. They were timely. They came out fairly reasonably quick and they did the whole thing. They cleaned it first with a cleaner and I thought that was very good. He seemed to do a good job with that. I think it took 4 or 5 days of no rain or something to let it dry out and they came out and stained it. They were very friendly and timely. They pretty much came when they said they would come. I thought they were very nice people. There were 2 young men who were doing the staining and they just did a great job and efficient. When it comes to staining, I couldn't find a single thing on my house on the siding where it's popped on or it as dripped on the patio down below. I couldn't find anything anywhere that I thought was messy. I'm pretty picky and I thought they did as good a job as I would do so I was impressed with that. They weren't the cheapest but you get what you paid for so I thought the price was very reasonable. I saw nothing wrong. It was very neat and that was a big concern of mine and they did a good job there. I'm very happy. I'm thinking on giving them a call.

They did what they said they were going to do. They were very good. There was one person here doing the work and it took 3-4 hours to complete. My daughter has used them too. I was very happy with them.

Roof to Deck then called me first thing the next day and said they'd had a cancellation and could come out and take care of me that day. The worker was at the door right on time, and was professional, friendly, helpful and diligent. It was horrible weather and he worked over 3 hours straight without a break, but with a constant smile. The work was covered by insurance and they gave me everything I needed to make my claim. All in all, just a great experience. A little on the pricey side, but given that everyone was booked solid, the demand seemed to justify the cost. And then the stellar service on top of it all made it absolutely worth while. I'm happy to pay a little more for quality, professional, friendly work, and these guys delivered that and more.

They arrived with very little notice from us They were on time they were very courteous they were efficient there was lots and lots of ice, our parking lot looked like the "fortress of solitude" of superman fame, with blocks of ice 8 or more inches thick! The price was a little less than what they quoted they were here for 9 hours! We would highly recommend them!

Scheduling was an issue since they did not realize I had purchased the deal through Angie's List. I felt it was the best price out there to get gutter cleaning. There was still dirt and debris in my gutter and I told them about it. They came out right away to address the issue.

I have never had the need to call an ice dam removal company before but I had a leaking ceiling that required urgent service. I called 7 ice dam removal companies to come and remove the ice dams from my gutters. Roof to Deck was the only company to actually answer the phone and provide information and had time to come out. Due to so many people having ice dam issues, it took 2 days to come out. The minimun cost was $295/hr with a 2 hour minimun. It seemed a little high but I'm still waiting for the other companies to call back. The company called the night before the scheduled day to let me know the team would arrive between 7-9 am. The team called on the scheduled morning and provided an estimate time of arrival and arrived on time. When they got to the house they explained the process and got started. They removed snow from the roof and then started the ice dam removal with the steamer. They stopped several times and gave me an update on their progress and showed me what they were doing. They couldn't have been more courteous and hard working. Took them almost 6.5 hrs to complete the job in weather that included more snow while they were working. Thanks to the team. My ceiling stopped leaking and the ice dams are gone.

I called the office and asked them about paying for breaks. They said all the trucks have GPS and they would know if he left, for how long and adjust the bill accordingly. Did they adjust bill? No. They were on time, tech removed the ice to my satisfaction. I was billed for 6 hours work not the 3 to 4 I was quoted by tech who left the job.

Roof to Deck Restoration was at my house preforming their service and mentioned there was a discount coupon on Angies List. I joined to day to get the coupon. I paid the provider by check for the total hourly rate for their services they preformed today less the $50.00 coupon amount. If I am charged this $145 amount by Angies and then you pay Roof and Deck this $145 then I will be out an additional $145 and Roof and Deck with be overpaid by $145. I need you to refund $145 to me because Roof and Deck have already been paid the total amount they are due by check by me today.

I contacted Roof to Deck on Monday along with several other Angie's list roofing companies for an ice dam problem that was causing water leakage into my home. They came out the next day. Note to anyone who wants to use them... make sure you have all access to water supplies, etc. done before they get there as they do charge per minute. They spent extra time heating and melting the water spigot that was frozen over with ice also. They worked efficiently once that was accomplished. The hourly charge is a bit high, but when faced with possible interior wall damage? I am very pleased with the work. Although had I known that they were going to charge me the extra couple of minutes they went over the hour, I would have had them completely remove the ice from outside the down spout as well.
