 + -1 moreExcellent. Rolf came out to our home twice. Our project was to remove a fireplace and add windows. We needed construction drawings to get our building permit. On the first visit, I got concerned because Rolf started looking at other parts of house. In the end, this turned out to be very valuable. Rolf's intent was to ensure that our small project did not interfere with any other future projects we might consider. I really liked that. So now we have our drawings and are ready to move ahead. We also know that our project will work well with future changes, if we chose to move in that direction.
