Description of Work: I requested an estimate on some chimney work on an old house that we are trying to sell. I was called by a representative and I explained what we wanted and what I was told by another vendor. The person I talked to made derogatory comments about the other vendor. He then said that he would be in the area and would look at the chimney later in the week, after which he would send me an estimate. I never received an estimate or any follow up communication. I can't comment on the quality of their work but I was not impressed by their sales practices.

+ -1 moreThat was quite good. I had researched how to do the job on the INTERNET and the bricklayers recommendations. I made a form. Rogers used that form. They replaced a lot of brick. They were very helpful in getting the job done the way I wanted it.
Description of Work: My chimney was cracking and coming apart. They did what I wanted to have done. They put in a chimney cap that goes over to keep the water from coming in.

+ -1 moreTHIS WAS THE SECOND JOB THEY HAVE DONE FOR US-AT OUR PREVIOUS HOUSE THEY REBUILT THE ENTIRE 2 STORY CHIMNEY. THEY ARE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN MOST, BUT THEIR QUALITY AND CRAFTSMANSHIP WAS EXCELLENT AND YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. THEY SPENT EXTRA TIME AND EFFORT MATCHING A DIFFICULT PATTERN OF THE ORIGINAL CHIMNEY, AND I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. ONLY DIFFICULTY WAS THE START DATE SLIPPED A MONTH OR TWO FOR BOTH JOBS.
