Description of Work: |We have had Anderson replace most of our windows in our home which was built in the 60's. They are a great company,with great product and a very professional and responsive sales force. Their windows may be a bit more expensive but they are certainly worth it. An added bonus is that they are a Minnesota Company!!

Description of Work: Replaced all of our windows in our condo. While we love the end product, we were not as happy with the front end service. We ordered in early October and they were supposed to be put in by the end of the year. We had not heard anything from them by early December and finally called to find out when they would be put in. They said they would not be able to be put in on schedule but they would give us the $500 credit that we would otherwise have gotten from the government. When we called the salesman, he was surprised they hadn't called yet and he had someone call us. When the scheduling department called they said, the salesman told us to call. Really--the salesman had to ask you to call to schedule a $30,000 order. Makes me wondered what would have happened if we hadn't called them. And no apology for not calling to schedule. That said we love the product even though the front end needs improvement.

Description of Work: They replaced 11 windows in our home. |It is an exceptional outcome. The installers were incredibly hardworking and polite.

Description of Work: The best combination of quality, product and service that we have ever experienced. We needed to have 3/4 of our windows replaced due to dry rot. They were originally Marvin. We got a much better price for at least equal quality with Anderson. It took them 3 days in the middle of the winter but they were prompt and thorough. We had no hassles and have been completely satisfied with the windows.

Description of Work: Removed trapezoid window. Replaced with two side by side 2'x4' awning windows. Reframed wall and replaced siding & trim on outside. Did it in very cold winter weather. Carpenters were awesome. Nothing but praise for them. Scheduling and quote process seemed to be a drawn out experience. May have overbooked jobs in our timeframe, resulting in lower ratings for response & professionalism & punctuality.

Description of Work: Their price is not cheap, but I believe you get what you pay for. Renewal by Andersen is totally top-notch all the way around, from quality of their product, professionalism, customer service, warranty, etc. In 2012, I had my main floor windows done and then just last fall had all the upstairs windows installed. And I had everything done, not just the windows: All new oak trim, including staining and varnishing. They also put new aluminum trim on the exterior. The workers were great and they did an excellent job of clean-up. Like I said, "YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR," and Renewal by Andersen is THE PLACE!

Description of Work: I was extremely pleased with my experience with Renewal by Andersen. I had six double hang windows replaced and I absolutely love my new windows -- they are beautiful. I have an older house and sometimes it is difficult for new stain to match the older stain on my woodwork, but Andersen sent in someone who did the best job yet in staining new wood to look like the existing wood work in my house. Renewal by Andersen is pricey - but I believe a good value given the quality of the work and product. I definitely would use them again.

Description of Work: They replaced 3 sliding doors, 6 standard Windows and 2 very large decorative windows. They were prompt and professional and we are extremely pleased with the finished product.

Description of Work: Replaced over 30 windows of various size during 25+ below zero temperatures. High quality product and outstanding workmanship, attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness of site throughout the 2 week process. Renewal by Andersen subcontractors were very high quality. Would highly recommend Renewal by Andersen.

Description of Work: Renewal By Andersen replaced all 12 of my windows & patio door. Everything went great. All had to be full frame installation, as the original windows were not installed properly when my house was built. My walls are much more sturdy now! They treated me with respect at all times. I had many concerns, & suspicions, regarding my poorly built house. They addressed everything, not sweeping things they didn't like under the rug. I would highly recommend this company to anyone for window replacement, especially if you're needing extra attention paid to installation due to poor construction of your house. Everyone involved through entire process was professional, polite, & extremely concerned with doing quality work. It was a very pleasant experience.

Description of Work: I had a carpenter any issue and these guys are replace if a large three pane door system along with a window. The install has not taken place as of yet (scheduled for June 13) but my experience so far has been great. The prices are definitly much higher than anyone else, but Renewal by Anderson does everything. I just need to be home to let them in. I would defines consider hiring them again. However, once the product is installed I will update this post.

Description of Work: Andersen replaced my large living room window. They were extremely punctual and professional, and got the job done very quickly. The window looks beautiful and is light-years better insulating than the old one. I also appreciate the interest-free financing(for the first year). My only small complaint is that they left a fair number of glass fragments on the ground outside.
