Description of Work: I had a storm door installed in Jan. 2014. It is very flimsy. The closer pulled out of the door jamb. In June they needed to come repair it.

Description of Work: Replaced sliding glass door. The installer was great and did a good job.Their products are high quality. My problem was with the sales guy. After he came and did the quote, took $1800 from me, he disappeared and didn't return calls for several months. He did return my call one time and didn't even use my right name in the message. I gave up on him, called their office directly and they immediately scheduled the install. Apparently the special order door was already in their possession; although who knows when it would have gotten installed had a I waited for them to call me to schedule.

The work was done on time but we had communication issues and the start time of the project , it ended up being a month later than planned. Description of Work: Made a great presentation and we really wanted to give them our business. Pricing was 15% over Pella, and Pella offered 0% financing over 5 years in addition to the lower price. We offered Andersen every opportunity to win our business, but they wouldn't budge. Felt bad for the Andersen sales guy.

Description of Work: I had all my double hung windows in the house replaced, except one. I can't say enough about my experience with Andersen, and I love my new windows! They are a little pricey, but in this case, I think you get what you pay for. I was especially impressed with their ability to match the wood stain in my old house. The match was incredible. Very pleased with Andersen and would use them again.

Description of Work: I had Andersen for just about all my windows on two separate occasions (affordability) and they are the very, very best! And one of the best parts is they stand behind their product, quality, service and workmanship - They deserve the good reputation they already have. I did have a problem on a few windows that were too tightly installed, but have made arrangements with Andersen to have them fixed with no problem whatsoever. Wonderful people to deal with.
