Renewal By Andersen

Renewal by Anderson did a beautiful job with with my window replacement. I have 20 year old vinyl contractor grade crank style windows. They develop a nice coat of ice on the bottom of the panes every winter, the cranks are falling apart so some the windows don't operate properly any more and during the winter you can feel the cold whenever you are by the windows. I decided to tackle the worst windows first and that was the two in the front of the house. The price is high, especially for the specialty windows, but I feel it was well worth it. The windows are beautiful and the finish carpentry they do on the inside really makes a statement. The installation team was excellent and very professional. They arrived on time and knocked it out. They had arranged for the building inspector to come within an hour of finishing the install which I appreciated so I would not be stuck at home waiting. They showed how to care for the windows when they were all finished. The other morning when the temp was low I noticed some condensation and ice on my other windows but there was none on my new Anderson windows. About a week after the install someone from Anderson called me to see how everything was and now they are going to send someone out to do some touch up and painting on the outside house trim even though they didn't have to. This is above my expectation and was offered, not asked for. I love good customer service. I will go back to Anderson when I am ready to replace the other windows in my home.

Great. The repairman was very efficient and helpful on how to take better care of our replacement windows.

It went well. The installers were very professional and completed the work in a timely manner. There was one large dent on a wall that occurred during the installation but that was the only negative.

They have a good product, but they were trying to yank me around. What they did was, first of all they wanted me to pay a humongous amount of money up front. It was like half of the value of the windows, and they told me there was absolutely no way they would do the work without that. The attorney general's office says you shouldn't pay anything before you have something done. I didn't like that, I eventually decided I wasn't gonna do it. I got into a conversation with the guy and his boss and he said we can't do that, that is not our policy. A week later I found a brochure for the Renewal by Anderson for the same branch I was working with saying you could have a full year of no payments and no interest. Here they were telling me I needed like 12,000 down. That left a very sour taste in my mouth. Like I said, I think they have a good product, but I don't like the lying they did. We signed the contract then withdrew it within the three days. I think they kind of dragged their feet on getting back to me in those three days. I kinda had to push them.

I called Renewal by Anderson to get an estimate for the work. They said to reserve 60-90 minutes for the visit. The guy was 30 minutes late, took one look at my patio door and said, "We can't help you. That is not a standard size." He was here less than 5 minutes.

Everything went smoothly and we are enjoying our new window.

They had allotted three days to get the work done and they got it finished in two days. I am very happy with the quality and the installation.

I think they have a fairly good product -not the best but good, but I ended up canceling the order as they gave me a very very high pressure sales pitch and insisted that we pay a $20,000 order that day or we couldn't get the "special price". I also found a couple of items in the order didn't match what was represented. The warranty on the patio door was only 5 years as it was regular Anderson vs. 20 years for the Renewal products. Bottom line a decent product but you shouldn't feel like you need to take a shower after dealing with their sales department.

It went great. They look great and Anderson was on time and very responsive. They did a good job explaining how to minimize the costs by leaving off grills (which we did) and doing our own staining (which we didn't). They're not the cheapest, but they provided a really good experience and excellent result.

If nothing needed to be fixed and they have been great about that. I have had work done by them before and trust goes a long way.

Initially the installation was done very professionally. After 3 years, had a leak in the family room window & Renewal took over 1 1/2 weeks to come out to even take a look at the leaking window. Final repair done OK but a year later same window leaked again but cause of leak was different and repair was done OK. Frustrating to have to wait over a week or more for Renewal to respond to a leaking window and then wait some more for Windows to be repaired!

The worker took great care of the area he was going to be working. They were very professional; the quality was very important. He just explained to me what he was doing so, I understood the problem and what he was doing.

Andersen Windows and Doors are an excellent product. So quiet and so much better performing during cold MN winters. We replaced our Pella and Kolbe-and-Kolbe windows with Andersen. We also replaced Front Door and Patio Door. We are super happy with the results. The work was done in 2 stages - Fall of 2016 and Spring of 2017. We wanted to see how windows performed during winter before committing to do more. Both times, the installers did an excellent job. Both times, the stainers were excellent. The whole experience was amazing. It was hard to get a quick response from our sales person from time to time, but it is okay. The product is worth the wait. I highly recommend it.

The sales consultant Joe was Great. He listened to us, gave us time to make a final decision, and offered us options. Dan and Crew finished the project in 1 1/2 days. Kept me in the loop. They cleaned up after the project. Went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied. I would not hesitate to Recommend Renewal By Andersen. I am a very happy with my experience.

I stopped into the Roseville showroom and was very impressed by the salesperson that I spoke with. He was very knowledgeable about the Provia line of products. I made an appointment to have someone stop out to give us prices. After a phone call reminder (I had to call back to confirm the appointment - which I did), and an email reminder - no one showed up! It

They did everything as planned and worked very well with our schedule for the person to come and take the measurement, then later remove and install the new windows, then the next day to have the person come and stain the inside trim.
