They were good. There were no problems but the price is pretty high.

We had a good experience with them. They did good work. Their pricing was competitive.

They did a really good job for us. We were very happy with the windows. We were really happy with the customer service. They did a really good job. They were very timely in finishing the work. They cleaned up. They did everything to our satisfaction. They were very responsive.

The salesman was very open, honest, careful - everything you would hope for. The only drawback is the price. I did not use Renewal by Andersen because they were way out of my budget. Too bad because they are high quality windows.

It was a very nice experience and I give them all A's.

We have a really excellent experience with them. Their work are of high quality and they are very efficient. They are protective with the carpets and they are very careful with their environment. They were also quick. They put down cloths everywhere they went. Their price was very expensive but they have a very good product.

They were great. Very responsive to our requets. Workers were efficient.

Pam did a great job explaining everything. I could tell she is newer to the job, since she had to call for help a number of times. I liked that she was not afraid to ask for help and she felt it was important to get it right. I will post further reviews as we move through the process. Will be at least 6 weeks before install.

I called Anderson as well as two other companies. The phone call started things off on the wrong foot. I was immediately given a sales pitch. The woman on the phone asked questions about how much I spent on heating and cooling. She asked things that make no difference. I smelled a sales pitch from the start. Something like "You'll save $1000 a year from using us!!!". I am already replacing the windows, and I don't need a sales pitch. I need an honest bid and information on the product. Things got worse. She said that both I and my wife needed to be home for the bid. No other company did this. The only reason we'd both need to be there is if we were getting a massively overpriced bid and they wanted to talk us into a sale that day. I told her I didn't want the bid anymore and to cancel it. She said she'd waive the requirement that we both be there. So I went ahead with it. The bid ended up being 50% higher than other "A" rated companies on Angie's list. I don't doubt the window quality, but I do not believe it's any better than the ones we ended up getting.

The windows were great and we were very happy with the windows. There were a few problems with the installation and they came back to fix it.

The process was far below satisfactory. All we needed were four windows. They sent someone out to measure our windows for the custom fit that they claimed to provide. Then they scheduled an install but when the day arrived they cancelled because they ran out of trucks apparently. We had been told we were required to move our furniture and stay home in order for the install to occur. We have a king size bed that we have to take apart in order to move. When they cancelled we had to reassemble the bed frame and put the mattresses back. How is it that a large company could run out of trucks? We rescheduled even though winter was coming very soon. When the rescheduled day arrived we had gone through the cumbersome process of disassembling the bed, and arranging to stay home. The installer pulled in with his truck and trailer. He had a pickup truck. Although it was a large pickup truck there was nothing terribly uncommon about it and it occurred to me that if all that truck was doing was pulling the trailer that had all of the installers supplies, why in the world did they not find another truck and make the first appointment they scheduled. Despite that confusion and indication of uncaring customer service the installer proceeded only to find that all of the windows were sized wrong and they had to be remade. Didn't they send a special guy out to measure so that this wouldn't happen? So we waited again as the months grew colder and the worry was that they wouldn't be able to install if the weather was too cold. We complained to Andersen about this and the manager we spoke to didn't understand why we were so disappointed in them and proceeded to mock my wife as she tried to tell a sales manager about our complaint. He told us that we didn't have to move any furniture and we didn't have to stay home. We nearly cancelled the entire order but decided in the end to go through with it. The installers came at the newly rescheduled time. We didn't move any furniture which didn't bother the installers at all. The service we experienced from Andersen was terrible. The installer was great. After further research I have lost confidence in the quality of the windows so when it comes to replacing the rest of the windows in the house, Andersen will not be an option for us.

They put in our new windows the first part of January. They were very fast and efficient. They did an awesome job. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and honest. I have a friend who used to work for Anderson and ran every thing by him and he was quite pleased with the rep and installation. I went with their own staff for installation instead of the contracted folks.

Cost was more than expected. Did not have service performed.

All of the arrangements, contract, scheduling and installation went as planned. Justin, the sales rep, was great to work with. He listened to our needs, presented options, explained the installation process and answered our questions. The installers were very skilled, professional and courteous. They worked very efficiently and were able to remove the old large window walls and install the new windows/doors all in one day. All of the inside and outside trim work looked great!

Smooth. Done in a day (in February!) and they did it so the opening was quickly cloaed so nit that big of impact as far as heat loss. Their product and wotkmanship was excellent. This was the third tine I uaed them, replacing all the windows in the house at a pace I could affiord.

We went to the St. Paul Garden and Patio show to look at all the window vendors. There, we decided on the type of window construction we wanted. We made an appointment with Renewal at the show and Tim, the sales rep estimated the job the next week. We required 12 casement windows containing 24 panes, and full window replacement in white to match the exterior. We had another estimate from a recommended company and the estimates were almost exactly the same. We accepted and signed a contract with 1/2 down payment. 10 days later, another rep came and took exact measurements. Several days later, we scheduled the job. On the scheduled day, the team of Kevin and Vasily arrived exactly on time. Kevin said they had 8 out of the 12 windows on the truck and they would install them that day. They would return the next day with the remaining four windows and complete the job. They unloaded their tools and laid carpets throughout the first floor and unloaded tools. They set up a chop saw in the driveway. They started with the largest window. Within a half hour, they had the old window out and the new one in and shimmed. While Kevin was shimming and adjusting, Vasily moved window panes and screens into the remaining rooms. They proceeded to place all the remaining windows. They fit very well with just small gaps between the siding and brick mould. Kevin then foamed around the windows to fill the gaps between the windows and the house framing. Vasily caulked the exterior of the windows. Kevin installed some of the interior trim. At this point, the house was weather tight and after cleaning up the yard and house, they were finished for the day. I watched most of the job, and saw no wasted motion. The next day they repeated the procedure with the remaining windows. Then they installed the rest of the interior trim. We told them that the house seemed quieter overnight. They cleaned up after work and left the remaining bill with us. We are very pleased with the windows and the workmanship of the installation crew. Every window looks virtually perfect. They were the most professional, competent and efficient home improvement workers that we have ever had do work for us. I chose to do the interior trim finishing. I hope that my work is as good.

I was familiar with their windows and was pleased with the quality of the windows and the installation. The only issue was that one window was ordered incorrectly so had to be reordered and then installed a few weeks after the other four windows. The measurer had recorded the correct measurements, but I was told the person inputting the order into the computer had "fat fingered" the numbers so one window was one inch too short. I suppose mistakes do happen, but I was a bit surprised there wasn't a little better quality assurance to avoid that type of simple mistake. It resulted in the person coming out to do the staining to make a second trip and I had to hold off finalizing an order for blinds until the windows were all installed.

The workers were on time. The installation went forward even though it was 5 below at the start of the day! The workers did a good job of keeping doors shut in the rooms where they were replacing windows, so the whole house didn't get cold. I opted not to have the windows stained and polyurethaned to save a few bucks. Before leaving for the day, one of the workers took a few minutes to give me plenty of tips on how to go about it doing it myself. Cleanup was good, although I did find a few stray pieces of plastic that had flown underneath furniture. The windows look great, inside and outside, which of course was the reason I went with Andersen. Definitely not the cheapest option but a very high quality one.

The patio door was a big job removing the old door and putting in the new one. You would never know that a new had been put in. They were on time and did an excellent job. Quality workmanship . I was well satisfied and you will be too.

They efficiently installed the doors all in the same day. They left our home clean and in order. The installers were very knowledgeable and courteous. We have used them before with the same experience that time also. We love the Renewal by Anderson and Anderson Windows and will continue to replace windows through them as we need too.

We used Renewal By Andersen before in our previous home and were very satisfied so when we needed windows replaced in our new home we chose to use them again. They replaced 8 awning windows on our front porch with 8 new double hung replacement windows. The project included grilles, locks, lifts, and screens. The 2 man crew arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They worked almost continuously and did a beautiful job. A lot of detail work had to be done around each window but the we are very pleased with the final look. Thanks guys for all your extra efforts!!

High quality work. Helpful people on the phone and in person. The windows are a little pricier than other replacement alternatives but the quality and workmanship are well worth it. Highly Recommended!

From start to finish a professional job. They were easy to work with. On time and professional. And didn't leave any mess!
