Description of Work: This job was a kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and living room remodel of a town home. Some subcontractors were excellent; some were poor. The project duration was 50% longer than originally discussed. Because the initial quality of some subcontractors' work was inadequate, we had to spend considerable effort to have the project meet our satisfaction.

Their pricing was probably somewhat on the high side. They were very responsive and they pretty much hold to the schedule they gave us, which was good. They worked through a lot of changes. I thought they were very good to work with and their subcontractors were excellent. They were all very courteous and they cleaned up, they were very prompt and did excellent work. We've been very pleased with the outcome of what they did.

Everything went well. I felt that they really worked hard to make us happy, and they gave us good value for our money. When something went wrong they took care of it promptly and keep us informed throughout they project.

THIS CLIENT WAS IN DEFAULT OF CONTRACT BY LOCKING US OUT OF THE PROJECT DURING BUSINESS HOURS AND HIRED A SEPARATE PROJECT MANAGER TO SERVE AS THEIR SPOKESPERSON AFTER SIGNING SAID CONTRACT STATING THEM AS THE SOLE CONTACTS AND RESPONSIBLE PARTIES. NOT ONLY WAS INFORMATION FALSIFIED THROUGHOUT THE CLIENT''S COMMUNICATIONS TO US, BUT THAT CONTINUES THROUGH THEIR REPORT THAT YOU SEE HERE ON ANGIE''S LIST. NO LAWSUIT WAS FILED, NO COURT TIME OCCURED, AT ANY TIME, IT WAS A 1/2 HOUSE REMODEL, AND NEITHER THE CLIENT NOR REMODELING DIMENSIONS CAME OFF VICTORIOUS. HONEST COMMUNICATION THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS FROM REMODELING DIMENSIONS TO FIND SOLUTIONS TO THE CLIENT''S CONCERNS WERE BLATENTLY DISMISSED AND AVOIDED. UNFORTUNATELY, WE WERE THE SECOND REPUTABLE GENERAL CONTRACTOR, ALONG WITH MANY OTHER SUBCONTRACTORS IN A ROW TO RECEIVE THIS TREATMENT FROM THIS CLIENT. CALL US FOR A LONG LIST OF A+ SATISFIED CUSTOMER REFERRALS TO ANSWER TO THE MISREPRESTATION OF FACTS IN THIS CLIENT''S REPORT.
