 + -1 moreJohn Peck and his associate Laura Trombley were recommended to me by an acquaintance who had a great experience. I interviewed several realtors, but was impressed with the attention, and personalized individual effort they offered and subsequently provided. They were very honest in their recommendation for a price and turned out to be extremely accurate as we received and offer that was on target (the local average percent off the initial requested price). They provided expert staging and were aggressive in setting up open house marketing timed just right. They gave us reasonable advice on things we needed to fix up, and gave us frequent feedback on how our showings were proceeding. There was some humor as we went through a stressful time in a buyers market. They had contacts for efficient repairs we needed to make and dealt with numerous last minute bumps in the process with grace and professionalism. They worked really hard and were very easy to work with. Our house sold for approx 380k. Highly recommended!
