RE/MAX Results - Mimi Schoneman

Ms. Schoneman was very professional and responsive when we first listed our home with her. As the weeks went by and it became clear that it would be a challenging property to sell, she became less and less responsive to our calls and questions. On two different occasions she unexpectedly left out of town for a week at a time and was impossible to reach. Even at critical times when there was an offer being negotiated, she would be inexplicably difficult to reach. When we were finally able to reach her in these instances, she would become defensive when asked about this lack of responsiveness. While this agent appears to be very skilled at marketing herself and her services to a wide number of people, our experience suggested that she is unable to deliver on good service and responsiveness.

She was attentive, thorough, and she was fun to be with when we were shopping for houses. She paid attention to what I said I wanted and found exactly what I wanted. She is charming, warm, fun, and friendly.
