When this project "bubbled up" to the top of the list of projects, we met at the duplex to brainstorm ideas and then we met at Menards to explore options. Renovating older buildings is not ever easy, but Scott had creative solutions every step of the way. If questions arose, he would always contact me before proceeding. All in all, it was an excellent project! I have used Reliable Builders for many projects on this 1912 building, including repairing and putting in new sidewalks and steps, replacing storm doors, installing block windows, rebuilding retaining walls, doing gutter and storm water drainage projects and painting projects. Description of Work: Reliable Builders helped come up with an affordable design for redoing the original back porch on a 1912 duplex I own and manage. The porch had sagged a lot over the years and was in need of repair and overall reconstruction. Reliable Builders helped come up with an affordable solution that gave the porch an entirely new facelift while retaining the historic architecture of the building. The tenants and I are extremely pleased with the result.

+ -1 moreReliable came up with the suggestion of mounting mirrors into the openings and then surrounding the opening with Oak , as in a frame. After staining the wood , the improvement looks really professional and made a big difference in the bathroom.
Description of Work: I am in the process of doing some minor renovating . I had two rectangular openings in my bathroom that looked bad , and I had no idea what to do with . They were left that way when I purchased the home.
