Speedy response. Immediately said the system which has worked well was trash. Angry that we tried to troubleshoot. Corrected the problem after having to get the part. Did not give us a price but said he would mail it. Got the bill. Part was $120 more than highest online price. Labor was very high even for a weekend. Wanted to use a local business but have learned that is not always the best choice and am sad about that.

Brent was very responsive, thorough and honest in his bid and completion of his work. We encountered a couple of issues with a warning on the thermostat that were resolved promptly.

He's a great guy. He does great job. He shows up, unbelievable and gets things fixed the first time. He's very reasonable. He's not cut rate, but he comes in and is worth every penny.

I explained my issues with the boiler. My problem isn't time sensitive, which is great to know. The conversation, and respect I was accorded has made my decision for me. I will not be looking at other service providers. I will look forward to Reible servicing my boiler in the future.

We arrived home from vacation in the evening to find one of our heat zones was not working. We called Reibel for service and left a message with their answering service. Mr. Reibel called back within minutes and offered an easy suggestion for a fix. It worked! Because of his kindness, we were able to immediately fix the problem and restore heating in the problem zone, and at no cost to us. We want to thank Reibel Heating & A/C by sharing our experience with Angie's List members.

Brent Reibel is a prince -- the type of guy that is so hard to find in 2014. Extremely responsive, fair, flexible... Great thinker and problem solver! We've adopted a big home in distress and have a load of work to do (stucco, gutters, backyard demolition, bad windows, doors, interior messes, you name it). AC compressors were sitting in garage when we took possession last month, and we had no idea whether they worked. We called the Reibel office to set up an appointment for a consultation, and Brent immediately got involved. When he came out, he could have told us that he would only sell us a new HVAC system. Thankfully, he was able to salvage the current system so that we could stay cool as we launched into our massive to-do list this summer. Our first call when it's time to fire up the heating this winter or replace those old compressors next summer will be to Brent... No doubt he has earned lifelong friends and customers!

Brent and Terry are very responsive, courteous and professional. I have used them several times and am very happy. This last time they came out to check our air conditioning which was working erratically after the power shortages in our area. The unit was still under warranty and there was no charge. I would highly recommend them.
