RED ROCK HEATING & SHEET METAL

My father recommended this company because he uses it for his apartments. After this he will never use them again. Probably the worst customer service I have ever encountered. My a/c stopped working. I spoke with them at 8am and set up an appointment between noon and one o'clock. I have an event scheduled at me house the next day and it is supposed to be in the mid 90's and humid. One o'clock came around and nothing so I called and left a message. Three o'clock came around and nothing, no call no show. I called And left a message. Four o'clock came around and the same thing. Five o'clock comes around same thing. So I spent the whole day at home taking off work so I can get this a/c fixed and they never showed up or called, NOTHING!!!! Lost money by taking off of work and getting nothing accomplished. So I have an event at my house today and no a/c for the people attending because of this inconsiderate terrible company. I understand when things come up in the field. All they would of had to do is pick up a phone and let their customer know that they would not be able to make it and give me the option to reschedule or make different arrangements. What the kicker is that it would of took about 15 minutes to recharge the a/c. Now I have to find a company at the last second to get this d,one and pay a higher fee because it is the weekend. To anyone out their looking for a HVAC company stay as far away as possible from this one. Thanks Redrock you are a first class company, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ALTHOUGH ONE MIGHT THINK THAT KEN WOULD HAVE BEEN ABLE TO FIX IT CORRECTLY THE FIRST TIME, THE ROOT CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WAS DIFFICULT TO DETERMINE. KEN'S DILIGENCE AND FRIENDLY MANNER WAS MUCH APPRECIATED. CONSIDERING THE NUMBER OF TRIPS HE MADE TO OUR HOME, THE SERVICE FEE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
