+ 3 moreThey delivered exactly as promised on everything! They handled all the paperwork and dealt with the insurance company several times, we didn’t have to do anything. The doors and windows are beautiful, the work on the roof and siding was perfect, and both the sales and service people were friendly, courteous, professional, and meticulous about cleaning up behind them. We would wholeheartedly recommend Red Cross Construction to anyone. They really stood behind their word.
Description of Work: We had some storm damage that left a real mess of our roof, windows, doors, and siding. After looking around and talking to several contractors, concerning the storm damage we had, we contacted Red Cross Construction and were surprised when they showed up exactly when they said they would. They listened to our concerns about deciding between quality and price for the work we wanted done. They answered our questions and concerns about the quality of the doors, windows, roofing and siding we needed, what the installation process would be like and the mess that would be made. They assured us our satisfaction would be met. They assessed the damage and contacted the insurance company and took care of everything from there.
