I would use them again in the future.

I had purchased my own water heater and had it at my house (to save money). I called and they estimated they could install it for around $200. $500 dollars later it was installed. Claimed the gas plumbing needed to be replaced (and there is a significant markup on those parts when I looked it up). They then billed me for 2 hours of labor even though the guy sat in his truck for the last half hour "doing paperwork". I called to complain and they offered me $40 back. Not impressed. I wouldn't use them again.

Installed the plumbing for a new kitchen in an old 1930's home. There was never a dishwasher, garbage disposal or ice maker in the fridge before. They installed an under mount sink and a new single faucet.

The plumber was punctual and did a great job of replacing the shower head and sink fawcet. He then spent a lot of time trying to locate the leak in the tub pipes. I explained that it only leaks when the bathub empties and had a bucket under the drip site (this leak has been happening for a while) The plumber claimed it was not leaking now and said water was probably leaking through the floor and around the tub during showering and said I should reseal the floor tile groat, caulk around the tub at the floor and get a splash guard for the side of the tub. I did not want to pay for more of his time so the leak was left unrepaired. When I emptied my bath that night the leak was very apparent. I called the company and they sent the same plumber out again and this time he fixed the leak. He asked for rags and cleaning supplies, a small thing, but it made him seem a little unprepaired. I was given a discount on the labor and was not charged another service fee. The end result is good and Mr Rascher was very responsive to my problem and polite. I would use this company again but I probably would not want this partiular plumber.

Jobs were completed very well. Actual cost was much higher than quoted. Over all I would use them again but maybe ask for a written estimate instead of a qoute (ballpark) over the phone.

It turned out very well. I had no problems. They come when they were supposed to. I would recommend them.

Overall, the work was done well; I had no problems with it. However, on the second time, the bill was different than what they stated up front by $200.

It seemed a little bit expensive but overall it was pretty good.

Even though we live blocks away from them, the person on call came from Wisconsin and the price doubled. It was very expensive.

We were experiencing a sewage smell in our lobby, and we had them come out to evaluate and help fix the issue. They found numerous drains and vents that needed capping; also found an older angled drain that was deteriorating and leaking, which would be a more expensive job to fix. They fixed the simple ones, but the smell still persists. So we're pretty sure the cause is the deteriorating pipe. We'll likely bring them back for the bigger project.

After talking to two other plumbers who didn't know how to fix it, Dennis at Rascher Plumbing was able to re-balance our hot water radiator system to get heat to two bedrooms that previously received no heat! He was clean, polite, and thorough. I only have the ding them on the price, why are all plumbers so expensive?

Contacted Rascher Plumbing for a leak as they were recommended by Angie's list for older homes for a plumbing repair. They came, looked and said nothing we can do now - you need to replace all of he plumbing (1933 home, original plumbing) which meant a total bathroom remodel - tear down to the stud walls. They recommended Tim Lemke Construction who they work with - both top notch organizations. Rausher did all of the plumbing as well as the in floor heat - they are pros! Worth every penny. Would highly recommend.

I called yesterday and they returned my call within an hour to set it up for the next morning. I was able to send a photo of the valve before they came out to ensure they have the proper equipment for the job. They called ahead of time. He showed up early and knew exactly what to do and was familiar with how the homes in the area. The man was polite and professionally dressed. He was confident and diligent. I called them based on Angie's List, and their proximity. I called a couple other providers, but these guys were fast and able to come out right away. I though the price was dead on and appropriate. Superb service; use this company.

They are very good. They are very professional and responsive. They are maybe a little more pricy.

It ended up being more expensive than I originally anticipated. They were reliable, they came when they said they would, and they were nice to work with. I would use them again.

The team was prompt and worked quickly. They cleaned up afterwards and did all the work estimated.

We've had them various times over the years. We built this house 10 years ago and they put in the plumbing. When something goes wrong that I can't fix, I get them in here. They are reliable and get out here as soon as they can. They seem to do a good job. We've had no complaints.

Å good example is our most recent experience. We had some gas leaks in our gas pipes. We called them, they came out promptly, and they took care of the leak. They were easy to deal with as always.

The pipe burst late in the afternoon. I had to s shut off water to the entire house. I called and the owner said he would try to reach a plumber who was in the general vicinity. he called back in just a few minutes and had been able to catch him. the plumber had been on his way home, but came over within a half hour and fixed the problem rapidly and efficiently.

Excellent. As usual Joe and his crew are professional and efficient. They even minimized damage to the walls and ceiling in the finished basement of our 1928 Tudor home by re-using many of the existing pipe holes. They removed as much of the galvanized pipe as they could and we had them add in a new laundry tub. The old one was made of cement (remember those!?!) and the crew broke it up and removed it leaving no debris behind. They take great care in their work and as a family run business we are proud to support them.

I chose them based on a recommendation from a friend. They came within a few hours to fix the furnace and they did a good job.

This is an excellent company, very professional. They are not the cheapest guys in town. I probably could have saved a lot of money looking elsewhere, but we have been happy with the work they had done in the past, and sometimes "you get what you pay for".

The plumber came on time. He was very polite and professional. He was very efficient. He got the job done in about 90 minutes. He cleaned up well after himself. Job very well done. He charged us the whole $480. That was unexpected. When asked he said that sometimes they finish the work under the time estimated, but always charge what the original estimate asked for. He said that sometimes they make money by doing things early and sometimes lose. I do not see how this is a workable business plan. I would expect that the estimator will always estimate longer to "make" money every time. This was very disappointing.
