They showed up on time and were very respectful of the areas in which they were working. They took care of the job quickly and without having to rip apart too much of my ceiling. I would definitely hire them again.

It went very well. Jason was very professional and competent. He was pleasant to work with and answered the questions we had. We would definitely continue to use this business and recommend them to neighbor's and family.

Jason showed up as scheduled and fixed the problem with no hassles. He didn't waste any time, got the job done in an hour.

The key guy, I don't know if he's the owner or just the manager, he goes out of his way to take time to explain what was going on and what was done. He is always good and will either email me or call me before the work starts and when it ends. He's very hands on with communication. They are now my go-to plumber.

It was fixed quickly and done right. Explained what the problem was and how he was going to fix it. Very professional. Would use them again for sure.

I called for repairs at approximately 1000 am..I told them that a pipe was leaking and that the basement floor was covered in water, I was told to shut off a valve to the "house side" of the water meter and wrap a towel around the leak. I was told that they had a lot of calls but that they would certainly be out to repair the leak today, about 1215 Jason called and said he would be over in about 20 minutes. He handled the removal of all unnecessary and leaking pipes and replacing those pipes with copper tubing and also replaced a defective shut off valve. I mention the copper tubing because it was delivered by another employee while Jason was working on the problem. I thought this was very efficient . He finished the repair and restored water to the house in a couple of hours. Jason was efficient, courteous and very polite throughout the entire process I would continue to use Rascher Plumbing in the future..

I called Rascher to discuss the process of installing a garbage disposal where there wasn't one. I had a conversation with the person who answered the phone and was told what electrical work needed to be done before the disposal could be installed. I was given a verbal estimate of the cost of the disposal as well as the installation. I had the electrician come the day before Rascher was scheduled. On the day of the service I received a call from Jason confirming the appointment and telling me when he would arrive. He came as expected, installed the disposal, gave me some quick instructions and fixed the leaky faucet. It took about 2 hours. He said it went pretty fast and easy because of my sink setup. Jason was friendly, professional and very neat. I am very pleased with Jason as well as Rascher. I have used them before and would do so again.

It went wonderfully. I called in the morning to see if someone could come that day. Dave said let me call you back in an hour and see if I can work something out. He called back in an hour and said they can be there between 12 and 2. I met Reuben at the house by 12:30. The toilet needed the bolts replaced in the back, that was causing the leaking. He then checked the inside and said that should be replaced as the toilet was running, which was true. He did that also. He also saw that my sink had a very small leak behind the pedestal. He took that apart and fixed that too, also no wobbly pedestal anymore. I then asked him if he had the time to see if he could fix the tub handle as it was very hard to turn. He took it apart and replaced the cartridge inside. He always asked me first before doing any work and then explained what he was doing and how he fixed it. Wonderful guy. This will be my go to for plumbers from now on.

Jason came on the same day called and fixed the leaks. He was friendly. Went pretty well. It took two half days, which seemed a bit long to me, as I was paying by the hour. Cost seemed pretty high to me. I did not get other bids because I needed the leaks fixed. I know plumbers are expensive, but this seemed high. In the future I might do some comparison shopping. Now that the leaks are fixed, I am still responsible for closing up a hole he had to open in the wall to get at one of the pipes.

Chris was very knowledgeable and patient. He answered all my questions and was easy to talk to. His suggestions were greatly appreciated and his identification of safety issues was most welcome. He worked quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Would recommend for future jobs! Thanks Chris!

When I discovered the leak, I thought it was the result of the city workers changing my meter earlier while repaving the streets and putting in a new water main in front of my house. So I called and asked for them to look at my leaking water turnoff. One of the city workers tinkered with it and told me that he replaced the packing, and if it still leaked, I would need to replace the entire valve arrangement. (very expensive!) Well, it still leaked, so I called Rascher Plumbing and Chris came out. Before his arrival, the company asked me to send them some photos so they could assess the situation before arriving at my house, which I thought was very professional. Chris has been to my house for repairs before, and he has always been kind, resourceful and efficient. He looked at the water turnoff and determined that in spite of what I was told, the packing had not been replaced, and that was all that needed to be done. What a relief! The plumbing/valves are the originals to my 1957 house and very corroded, and it was in an area that wasn't very accessible, but Chris managed to fix it. He also brought some handles to replace the missing ones, and he reassured me that if in the future I needed to replace the valve it could be done in a way that would not be too obtrusive. I appreciated his optimism and cheerfulness, not to mention that fact that a dishonest plumber could have gone ahead and replaced the entire unit and I would have been none the wiser! Another excellent service call from Chris - I highly recommend Rascher Plumbing!

Originally the service was to be performed on 11/12/15 because there were no appointments available but they were able to fit me in earlier which was greatly appreciated. The service person called when he was on his way, was on time, and was very professional. He explained what needed to be repaired and got my ok before starting the repairs. The area was cleaned up when the repairs were completed. I thought the price was very reasonable. I will call Rascher Plumbing for any future plumbing needs.

Jason was very accommodating and efficient. He was here about an hour and thoroughly checked things out. We are very happy with the service.

He called and offered to come a day early because there was a cancellation. Called when he was on his way, and arrived on time. Was very friendly and went through what he was going to be doing. We wanted to keep our old shower head, but it was leaking and he took the time to fix that too. Even came it under the phone quote. We are thrilled with the service, and will definitaly call Rasher next time we need a plumber!

Our second experience with Jason went as well as the first, and I now feel confident we have a plumber we can call on for any future plumbing needs. Jason called ahead, arrived punctually, and was very easy to work with. He listened to my special request (involving placing the new water heater in a slightly different place than the old one) and was able to accomplish it at a reasonable cost. He located the gas intake for our unit (it wasn't labeled before) and labeled it for us. He had the paperwork ready for applying for the Xcel rebate. He and his helper Kip were polite, pleasant, and professional throughout. The total cost was very reasonable for this level of service.

Chris was very knowledgeable about the situation, having worked with these "vintage" parts previously, and successfully fixed the problem. He was courteous, resourceful, explained what he was doing and speedy. I would highly recommend Chris and Rascher Plumbing!

Jason did a very neat and excellent job. The sump works well and drains as it is suppose to. I have used Rascher a number of times in the past and have always had professional and courteous service from them. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

Very responsive - fit me in the next day. Discovered issue why pipe was leaking - was able to complete job in one day. Dennis came prepared, explained what he was going to do, showed me the issue prior to just fixing it, friendly, clean. Even though the bill was more expensive than what I expected (plumbing isn't cheap) I would totally recommend or use the company again. Dennis was also able to fix the bathroom facet drip as well in the same trip.

We had a problem with a lower level toilet and called Rascher for service. Were able to get an appointment very promptly. Mike was the plumber who did the work. He is a very nice young man and a fine plumber. As he did the work, he explained what he was doing and why. The work was completed in short time and we again had a working toilet. I intend to use Rascher for any other plumbing problems we may have and would love to Mike do the work again.

Service was OUTSTANDING. Helped pick out fixtures, ordered all parts, installed in very timely fashion, job was done perfectly. Billing is reasonable for the job done. Will continue to use Rascher Plumbing for all future plumbing needs. A truly top flight family business that puts the customer first.

Kevin unclogged the sink, fixed the leak in the back and mounted it to our wall for stability.
