Description of Work: Jason cleared two tub drains, not by pouring strong chemicals into them as I was anticipating, but by removing the ugly junk that was clogging them. He repaired the nonworking laundry tub in the basement. He replaced a washing machine hose and helped turn the washer and dryer 90 degrees. Throughout, he was easy to work with and answered all my questions.

Description of Work: Replaced water heater. Called on a Sunday for Monday service. They were able to get someone here on Monday as requested. Determined that water heater needed to be replaced. Timely and professional.

Description of Work: Installed a new pedestal sink and faucet and new shower head. I purchased these items myself elsewhere. LOTS of help on line pre install reviewing info on old plumbing and pipes and what was needed, and possible problems, so I did not waste time/$ when plumber was here. He was prepared. | |Install was done meticulously by a plumber who was careful and precise and did not damage or scratch new fixtures. All of it works, seems installed properly, looks nice | and straight and so far so good. Clean as a whistle when he left and answered all of my questions very well. | |Last fall they did a boiler clean/inspect for me and installed a new exhaust pipe. A major job. Done well, meticulous, explained everything to me in great detail and cleaned up every speck of the huge mess. Also advised me against getting a new boiler - cost of boiler/install vs. advantage to me in energy savings over the next few years (vs. 15-20 years). An honest evaluation I appreciated. | | I think the cost on both was kind of high - but then I think plumbing labor costs are off the chart anyway. And, they don't rush thru these big jobs but do a good job of explaining it all on the phone first and seem very thorough. And, both plumbers were smart and helpful and pleasant to work with. Description of Work: Replaced bathroom toilet and vanity. Have used Rascher for a ton of small and large projects in the past. High quality, reliable service. A little on the pricey side, but you get what you pay for. Overall, good value.

Description of Work: Installed radiant floor heating in the crawl space under our kitchen addition. Also hooked up dishwasher and new sink fixtures, including water filter.

Description of Work: Estimate for replacing boiler. I wanted to stay in the neighborhood if at all possible. They also have one of the lower estimates. However, they were not very cordial to my tenants so I will have to think about whether to hire them.
