Rick and crew kept at it after first effort resulted in still-too-high radon levels. This if not uncommon, and Rick added solutions until a good test was achieved, at no additional cost. Would highly recommend.

Rick is relentless in finding a solution. Our house was a little bit of a challenge and he had to try many different things. He is very easy to work and open and clear in his communication.

Radon Defense Systems was hired by the seller of the home we purchased to mitigate high levels of radon. While the levels dropped prior to the sale they needed to drop a little lower. Rick and crew showed up after the sale and worked with me the buyer to make some additional adjustments dropping the radon levels to less than 1. To come back after the home sale to get level lower than the 4.0 shows the professionalism of Rick and is team.

Radon Defense Systems gave a reasonable bid and were very cooperative. On day of install they were prompt and discussed how the job was to be completed. Radon Defense Systems did quality work and went the extra mile to please the customer. Radon level reduced from 6.6 to 0.4.

We discovered my parents home had an elevated radon level during the buyers inspection. We had less 3 weeks to get the system installed, and receive a good radon reading before the closing. I was worried we were not going to be able to find someone in such a short notice. Rick and his team were able to fit me into their schedule quickly. They were on time, polite and explained everything they were doing and why. Rick was great. Very informative and the only company willing to stop out and give us an estimate and plan of attack. On install day, he was on time and very friendly. After the recheck, levels were still a bit high. He came out and installed a larger one, no issues. He just wanted us to be happy.

Rick installed a radon mitigation system in my home. Rick was one of the first providers to respond and confirmed the timely installation which went very well. I am happy with the results.

The owner, Rick, showed up exactly on time. We had a problem with an open area under the shower that was not in the original bid which Rick was able to handle with little trouble and at no additional cost. The installation took less time than originally estimated. The work areas were clean after they finished. Rick did a very good job for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking to have a radon mitigation system installed.

Rick did a great job. He was on time, covered areas so as to not track in dirt: worked in a timely manner. Answered any questions I had. After job he left phone # and said don't hesitate to call if I had any questions or concerns.

My experience with this company was terrific. Rick responded within 6 hours of my initial inquiry and throughout the entire process, was very attentive to my project. It was clear his company wanted to provide a high quality service in a very timely manner. An additional bonus to me during this process was that they found that our sump pump had burned out and was not operational. We decided to have the Radon checked in our home and found Rick with Radon Defense Systems. Rick was very helpful, explained to us in detail what to expect and gave us proper instructions on what the steps were in order to make sure our home was safe. Rick dropped of two sample Radon test kits. We put 1 in our basement and 1 in our bedroom. Let them sit for two days and then sent the samples to the lab. We had our results back in a week. The test was inexpensive, fast, simple and the service was fantastic. I am really glad we did it. Luckily, we do NOT have an issue with Radon exposure in our home, but if we did, I know Radon Defense would be able to fix the problem. They were very professional, quick and helpful. I would strongly recommend using Radon Defense to check for levels of Radon. Radon is a very dangerous toxin that can lead to very serious health issues.
