Description of Work: We have Century Link/Qwest DLs and phone service with caller ID. We have had them since September 2009 (despite mediocre service). We pay a little over $80 month, which is a lot. We pay extra for greater internet speed, but oftentimes we don't have it. Often we have trouble streaming video (netflix and youtube), with pauses or long waits for loading. I am currently considering switching to Clear internet, as we used to have Comcast and they were even worse. On the phone side, we pay an additional fee to have caller ID, but about 10% or 20% of the calls have no data.

Description of Work: I WAS EXPERIENCED VERY SLOW DOWNLOAD TIMES ON MY DSL CONNECTION.
