This was by far one of the best in home vendor installs I have done. Harry was incredibly communicative during the entire process. An inspection of plumbing was done the day after contact. A solid qoute was given and install time was scheduled. Communication was also great up to install and a time frame was given and well followed. PureTap owner Harry Runge responded the same day to my inquiry about the water issues at my home. The following week he replaced my existing water softener and installed whole house filtration with a reverse osmosis drinking water system. He arrived at a time as promised, and worked in an efficient, professional manner. He thoroughly cleaned up the affected work areas and even carted away the old system he removed. Harry contacted me the same evening that I requested a quote. Day of install, arrived exactly on time and work was completed in the estimated time frame (2 hours). We hired Harry Runge to install a new Pure Tap RO system. We replaced our older system that no longer had filters available. We were very happy with Harry's work and the Pure Tap RO water system that he installed. He was prompt, courteous, and thorough in installing the system. He checked all existing connections and even reattached a water softener drain tube(unrelated to the RO job) to the floor drain that could have caused a wet mess on the floor. Pure Tap/Harry also offers an annual maintenance program that includes changing filters, recharging the tank, etc. We are very happy with the service and would hire Harry again.

The tank was defective, so installer had to go get a different one. I was glad the installer recognized this and made the change.

Harry was fabulous came out and gave me a bid the day I called. Asked questions about what I needed and was back to install a little over a week later. He was in and out in no time, took time to explain exactly how to use the softener. He is very efficient and friendly and I would highly recommend.

Harry is amazing. Period. His prices will be among the most competitive and his service is outstanding. He explained the process, scheduled everything so it could be done be we moved in, and came out several times as we did it in phases over a 10 day period. His pricing was a 1/3 less than the big names in town and the service was fantastic. Can't recommend him enough.

We ended up buying a new water softener with a 5 yr warranty. He put it in that day in less than an hour and removed or old water softener.
