Description of Work: Harry, the owner, was very personable and took the time to ask questions about our needs. I had done some research ahead of time on softeners and was impressed that he did not try to sell me something I did not need. He came out to our townhome, at my request, to look at the area where the softener would be. That allowed him to figure out the best solution for our small space. His prices were $700 cheaper than Culligan. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, but did ask if there was anything else I needed help with. I told him that the shut-off valve for our outdoor faucet was behind the furnace. That hampered us changing out to a new faucet. He put in a new shut-off valve. It's right in front, at my height and super easy to use. His charge was reasonable. He cleaned up and put everything back to it's original place. I was extremely happy with his work and prices!
