PureTap Water Systems

I had Pure tap Water systems recently out to the house for some routine maintenance and was very happy with the results. I had them back (Pure tap Water systems) within weeks to improve my water systems functionality in another area of my home. Simple solution recommended at a fair value!

Talked with several companies and received bids, as well as, visits to home to give estimates and tell me how hard the water was in my home. With Harry, I described what I wanted and he was very helpful in explaining my various options, as well as, the various systems for water softening vs conditioning systems. He also explained the components of a system, who manufactures them and the meaning of the names given to the various company systems. This was very helpful to me since it enabled me to make an informed choice, that is, to purchase the product I needed and to differentiate between the basics and the extras. Once we settled on a price and installation date, Harry arrived on time, very efficient when installing the system, and cleaned up the area when job was completed. Before Harry left he took the time to explain the system and informed me about how to keep the system functioning correctly. He also reassured me he was only a phone call away if I had any questions or needed any future service. Harry is very professional, knowledgeable and willing to educate his customers. Would recommend his company to family and friends.

We used Harry in the past to install a water softener (which is awesome). We had such a great experience with him that we contacted Harry again when we decided it was time to put in the water system. I thought the system was reasonably priced. Harry was exactly on time. He explained what he was going to be doing in a way we could understand. He got right to work and got everything done very quickly. Everything was kept clean. He is an extremely nice man, very thorough and knowledgeable about his job. What's more, I think he goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure we are satisfied and everything is easy. As part of his service, he is going to come back once a year to change out the filters so we do not have to worry about it. How great is that? And, Harry, you are right - the water is great!

Called Monday, received and accepted quote, and had new softener installed by noon on Wednesday. Harry did a great job of dismantling and removing the old softener and installing the new equipment. He's a very neat and organized worker. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of his work and his professionalism.

Excellent and very prompt service throughout. Better price than the other bids received. Works wonderfully. Now at the four month mark.

First I rarely if ever Do I write a review --BUT I felt with his great work I had to I interviewed several [over 5] Angie's list "A" recommended water treatment installers--Harry was the best and the most reasonable. He explained everything and did -great work. I highly recommend him to all. His prices where also Very Reasonable for great products. Worked around my schedule great clean-up etc If there was a "AAA" rating I would give it to him

Harry did a great job installing 2 water filters (under our sink and a carbon filter for the whole house) and now we have amazing quality water throughout the house. He is very honest, kind, and professional. I can finally rest assured the kids aren't bathing in water lurking with metals and chemicals!

Harry came to evaluate our needs. We had gotten his name from Angies. He did not put any pressure on us to buy. We opted for the whole house filter and new water softener. He was able to accommodate our schedules. He explained how everything worked and any future service that might be needed. He cleaned everything up before he left. We feel we got a good product and will call on him in the future.

All interactions from initial contact to finished installation were excellent.

On January 1, 2015, we discovered that our old water softener had broken during the overnight refresh cycle and leaked a lot of water through the wall, out of our utility room and into our finished room. We found Harry, highly rated, on Angie's List and gave him a call. Here's a list of the many great ways he responded. He took several calls helping us shut off the water; teaching us about the redundant bypasses. He came over on January 2, promptly, at the time arranged. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the leak. He consulted us on our options, including a range of prices and approaches. He sent a written estimate. He stands behind his work for 5 years. He showed up, promptly, at the time arranged on January 5, with all the new equipment. He completely removed our old softener and installed the new one in two hours, as estimated. He went out of his way to accommodate my unusual request for a backup drain-pan with hose secured to a floor drain. He taught us how to use the new softener. He was super careful and clean about his work; even taking extra pre-cautions to make sure a mirror didn't get bumped off of the wall. He billed us exactly the amount estimated.

I cannot say enough about the outstanding service Harry provided. I had a water system in my previous house but was stymied as to how to install one in our present home. The problem was water coming from the tap which was warmed by a toe heater system underneath the sink plumbing. We could run it until it brought in cool water, but that would not work in the system's holding tank. Harry assessed all possibilities and suggested a refrigeration unit that is available and of which we had no idea. It added about $600 to the project and is worth every cent and more. He was able to install both units in a rather congested area and then came back to replace a shelf that rested above the heater. As a result we all are drinking a lot more water .... It is cold and delicious.....no need for ice. Besides overcoming this major hurdle, Harry was prompt, courteous and neat - and at a very fair price. I rate this service at 100% satisfaction.

Harry was very punctual and friendly. Our old systems was 10 years old and leaking and he replaced it with a Pure Tap one. He worked quickly and efficiently and removed the old system. He will come out yearly to replace the filters and recharge the tank. I hate changing the filters and the mess, so I am glad he offers that service. I would recommend Pure Tap to anyone.

It went wonderful. Very professional and reliable.

He was great! Professional, down to earth, honest and again able to stop over in a flash. He didn't charge me anything for the visit even though I asked if I could pay him. We ended up not using him to install a new water softener ONLY because we just don't have the funds right now. We just moved into our home and are finding way too many things that need to be fixed/replaced that our home inspector did a terrible job at discovering.

Harry was very easy to speak with and I felt he sincerely wanted to do the best he could for me and my well water issues. My water is extremely "hard" and has a high degree of Iron in it. In an effort to learn more about my water he asked me to find some things out about my well. After doing so, he made some recommendations which included a couple options. As my water has some big problems, the options were more expensive than I wished. However, I believe the competition would have charged more than Harry.. and I felt comfortable placing my trust in his guidance. Therefore, I replaced my 1 wk old GE water softener with one of Harry's that he had refurbished (but he still warrantied it as if it was new), and added an Iron Filter and Sediment Filter. He also offered to make a special return trip (no charge), simply to help me clean out the old water softener so I can sell it on Craigslist. I have no reservations in recommending Harry and think you will be pleased with his services.
