Glad I found these guys. Their tagline sums it up -- "We keep computer repair simple because we know you already have a headache." I was really not looking forward to taking my computer to a repair shop -- concerns about paying too much, etc. These guys made it easy and gave me peace of mind. I felt I could trust them, which was important since I know little about computers. Reasonable pricing and very good communication at every step -- they called and emailed with updates. I felt confident I was dealing with fair people. They support other small and local businesses, which I like. Their new location at Como and Snelling will be even more convenient for me.

My computer was totally corrupted, I am technically competent but could not get this computer functional even after restoring operating system. Andre' came to my house, did 2 hours of diagnostics, needed more time to diagnose to he took it back to his place, fixed it (corrupted drivers and operating system), restored my old email, installed my blue ray drive to a new computer that I purchase. etc. He promptly returned the repaired computer. Gave great tips!! Don't bother with Geek Squad.

Fantastic! It took 3 and a half hours but he got it done very well.

Andre called me within 24 hours and said the computer was ready. He told me that the virus had corrupted Microsoft Security Essentials. He indicated that he had gone through e computer code and removed the corruption. He also de fragged my hard drive and installed a free anti virus that they found to be very effective. I was very happy to get my computer back in better operating condition in one day. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and I would recommend them to all my friends.

I called them looking for information or suggestions of what kind of computer to purchase, see if they offere set up service. They told me they would get back to me, both by phone and email. I thought they weren't interested or forgot about me, finally they contacted me on the 27th, they had been on vacation.

All looks great and responsive.

Things went so smoothly. I felt like I learned something about my computer, I understood what had gone wrong, and the problem was promptly fixed. I had never used this provider before, and yet was able to get someone to come to my office today to fix the problem. I was quite impressed by the promptness, professionalism and great friendly customer service.

The technician came to my home office and ran a number of scans/diagnoses. She determined that the internal and external hard drive each looked fine. She did find that the index file (or something like that...the thing that runs when you reboot?) was fragmented, so she ran some kind of a defrag program. She also installed a free anti-virus program and uninstalled some anti-virus programs that I had purchased, which she said were bad for the computer and not as good as her option. In that initial contact, she was pleasant, informative, and seemed competent. I felt good about the visit and the price. However, a couple of days later, the same problem kept happening. Fine, that happens, and I'm a reasonable, patient guy. I get it. Sometimes fixes take more than one visit. I waited six days to make sure the same problem was still happening persistently, and then I emailed the technician to tell her the crashing problem had not gone away. I never got a response to the follow-up email. It's been a month now, so I assume I'm not going to get a response. Bottom line: I invested $150 in the fix, the fix didn't work, and there was no follow-up responsiveness. I wish I could give a positive review, but I really can't.

Again, let me say I am very well pleased!

Andre answered the phone in person when I called. He was able to come for an on-site appointment at my home office the next day. He diagnosed the problem that has caused my computer to seize up twice. The problem was a faulty video card. He ordered a new video card in the course of our first appointment, then came back the next night to install the new card. My critical computer, used to run two businesses and a busy household isworking perfectly, and I didn't lose any data. Andre was cordial, professional, and calm. I will use him exclusively in the future for IT and computer issues, and plan to buy my next computer from him. I am thrilled with his service and thrilled to have found an affordable and competent computer service provider.

It was kind of middle of the road. The results were not exactly what I was looking for.

This was a fantastic service provider. Andre arrived promptly at his appt. time. He was friendly and professional and got right down to work. I asked if he would work on both my desktop and laptop computers, even though the Angie's List Deal coupon was only for one computer. He was happy to. The appt. was scheduled for 3 hrs, and I had more than 3 hrs worth of issues. He worked on both computers at the same time, and stayed beyond the 3 hrs to finish what he could. He charged me a minimal price to include the 2nd computer. Even after all that, we hadn't been able to address everything, so we finished over the phone for about an hour. He did not charge me extra for that. I feel comfortable that I can phone him with any question I have. Great experience from start to finish.

love Andre's work. He quickly figures out what needs to be done and takes care of it as well as looks out for potential issues. From the 'brute force attack" on our computer that he had to deal with, to the minor yearly check ups, I can depend on Andre's good work.

Andre was a gem to work with - he was professional, personable and and prompt. Thankfully, Andre was able to recover ALL of our documents and data (whew!) and he went above and beyond our expectations by uploading our docs and data, and then also setting up our new laptop without any additional charges. By far the best computer help experience we have ever had!

He was good about communicating and came on time. He spent a lot of time talking with my husband about computers. The wifi worked on both computers, but then stopped on the second computer after a few days. We tried to call back, but we failed to follow up with him.

It went great. He was punctual, professional and suggested things I had not thought about. Not only that but he recycled my old computers for me.

Communicated well, exceptionally knowledgeable friendly,efficient, reasonably priced. Can't say enough good things about the service. Will definitely be a repeat customer for any computer services needed.

Andre did an excellent job.

Andre is smart, competent, efficient, pleasant and very courteous. He took the time to explain some technical details I had difficulty understanding. He was careful with our money -- making suggestions on where we could save when it wouldn't be necessary to spend so much. Andre also told us to call, email or text him at any time if we need him to answer a question, walk us through a process, etc. And of course he'll come out to our house if need be. My husband and I feel complete confidence in recommending Andre at the highest level.

He said the fix might not work, so not a big deal

My boyfriend's computer was acting up, lots of pop-ups, slow loading, etc. We brought the computer to Andre on a Sunday and he had it ready the next afternoon. Very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of good information on security. My boyfriend was told by another computer repair shop, even without looking at the computer, that it would be best to just transfer all the files, remove our old operating system and install Windows 7. Andre assured us that the operating system we had was still fully supported and more than adequate for our needs. Saved us $$$.

He used three virus special tools. He was very good at explaining everything. I had Norton for my firewall. I asked him why Norton did not alert me, It was shutting off and I had a lot of problems with it. He installed Avest. He said it was one of the three best firewall systems going. He said, all you need is the free version to stay safe. He was full of helpful information. He was here for a couple of hours. The system worked much more efficiently once finished. I was very happy with the results.

Andre definitely knows what he's doing! The job took about a week, but this longer duration was due to having to accomplish the extensive rebuild while also taking care of other customers. The software re-load entailed a lot of "wait time." When I picked up the repaired laptop, Andre was able to recommend some "no charge" software and a provide a couple of tips to help avoid any future security issues. I definitely will use and consult with Psinergy in the future.
