I was able to get an appointment within a week. The technician was slighly late for the appointment by but I did receive a courtesy call to let me know his previous appointment ran longer then anticipated and gave me the estimated time of arrival. The technician was very friendly knowledgeable. He was patient and answered all of my questions. He completed the job as requested and also updated my programs and added free virus protection programs. He did a great job and I would hire them again.

Was very pleasant and explained everything as he worked on computer.

My computer is performing and operating in the fashion it was designed to. A couple bumps in the process did not deter Andre. A++++++.

I had numerous problems with my personal lap top computer. He assessed them accurately and communicated the problem in a clear and understandable manner. He asked excellent questions and respected and understood my concerns.

Andre showed up late, but he called 15 min. ahead of when he was due to tell me that he would be late due to the previous job taking longer. He is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly and professional. I had previously taken the computer to another place listed on Angie's list, but they had nowhere near Andre's knowledge or helpfulness, and their price was almost 3 times the price Psinergy was asking.

My computer screen wasn't working. Andre diagnosed the problem, ordered the necessary part, and then installed the piece for approx. $100. This all occurred within one week's time frame. We had taken it to Best Buy for a quote prior to contacting Andre. Best Buy would have charge $85 dollars just to ship it out and get it diagnosed. Parts and labor would have been additional. Andre provides a level of customer service that Best Buy could never dream to acheive.

My laptop started having issues last year. I took it to the Best Buys Geek Squad and they wanted around $300 to fix it plus I didn't have time to leave my laptop there for 4+ days. So I just put up with the slow reponse time and other issues until April. Since I am now a member of Angies List I did a search for computer services. After reviewing a few tech places that are close to my house I decided to go with Psinergy (they had a lot of positive feedback!). I talked with Andrea on the phone and opted to take my laptop to their location. I dropped the computer off and spoke with Andrea. I have to admit that I know nothing about computers and he put me at easy. He called me later that evening to let me know how the scanning was going and what had been found. We made an appointment time for the following day for me to pick up the computer. Work was done on time and for the price stated. What a great guy (techie!).

Andre' is outstanding. We have called him twice to come out and fix our messes, and he is so great to work with! We are both fairly tech-minded, but things have gotten much more complicated in the last several years.It's comforting to know that we can get honest, affordable, reliable (and non-judgmental) tech support with just a phone call. Thanks Andre'

It was excellent! The company had great customer service, and its rates were very reasonable. Ultimately, it did a great job, and I will be using them again in the future.

It went well. The technician was prompt, knowledgeable, and did a great job of the installation.

I used them only once and I was very pleased with them. I had a coupon that I used for this service. I don’t remember the amount that I spent but I do remember the service. Their quality of work was excellent. They were great with responsiveness. They came out to my house and worked within my schedule to do the work. I was working from home and they were able to sit at my table and do their work, while I was able to continue with my work on my other laptop. So they were very accommodating. They were right on time. I had no problems scheduling anything and they got here when they said they would. They were very professional and very respectful of my time. They allowed me to work from home in another room and it’s like they weren’t even here. I will use their services again in the future.

They are wonderful. With most computer places, the more they do the more they cost. However, this company has a flat fee of $100. The guy came out and fixed my computer. He was really nice. I would use this company again in the future.

Excellent. He was on time, and made sure that everything was running correctly before he left. He was great to talk to, answered questions and did a great job on our computer.
