Description of Work: I spoke with Scott over the phone about 2 unusual problems with my home. He was very polite and understanding. He listened carefully to my problems and was very helpful in referring me to the correct people. That alone is worth a great deal.

+ -1 moreScott called prior to his arrival, was very polite, was very knowledgable and personable. I could tell he enjoys his work, because he kept adding little helpful comments aside from the energy audit.
Description of Work: Had a home energy audit performed by this company, who sub-contracts with Centerpoint Energy.
