Description of Work: Don at ProQuality is my regular lawn maintenance guy; I've been using his service for several years. Right now he does a weekly mowing and will also do a spring and fall lawn clean-up or weed application if I need it. He always leaves the lawn looking good, blowing debris off the drive and the sidewalks, and is able to make his way around dog "leavings"/toys if any are in his way. Great communication: If he's delayed by rain, he always calls and makes sure his make-up visit works well with my schedule; if I call for any reason, he always gets back to me within hours (no more than a day). I have NO plans to change our arrangement!

Description of Work: We had hired another lawn care company from Angie's List to take care of our yard this season. That company committed to show up & never did. We waited a couple of weeks & finally didn't know what we'd do. I returned to Angie's List, found Proquality Lawn Care, called Don last Friday, & explained our situation. He called me back Saturday (even though we were out of town), & agreed to provide weekly lawn care. We arrived home Tuesday afternoon & were THRILLED to see Don HAD been to our home, had cleaned up our (very large) yard, & had actually followed through with his word. We are very happy to have found Proquality Lawn Care & will be using them weekly throughout the season. Thank you, Don...it's a relief to have found you.
