On time, I needed someone today and they agreed to it.

They were on time, very pleasant, helpful and reasonably priced.

The workers were very prompt and professional. They drying time was a concern based on our move-in schedule so they left some complimentary industrial fans to speed up drying. The grout cleaning didn't go as well as they would have liked, so they did not charge us.

They came on short notice. They did an excellent job: got here when they said they would and they completed the job as promised.

We called quite a few companies to talk about getting my grandmother's living and dining room carpet clean. We chose to go with Professional because the owner, whom I spoke with on the phone, was friendly and helpful. They were very flexible about scheduling and showed up on time. My dad was quite impressed with their truck mounted cleaning system. The technician, whose name was Jeff, did everything that we were told on the phone. The carpet looks great, almost brand new!

I called Dan at 6:30pm and he was on his way home. I explained the water intrusion that had occurred and the time which had past since I noticed it. He was extremely concerned that more time not pass in order to prevent further damage and came over all the from St. Paul. He spent a lot of time explaining what he could do and the methods used and how that would take care of the problem. He wrote down all of the details and set up his team to arrive the following day. They showed up and were extremely professional and hard working. Dan followed up with us to ensure we were satisfied and the work was being done to standard. One of the neatest parts was Dan's willingness to spend extra time getting to know us and upon finding out we were new to the area gave us a ton of recommendations of things to see and do. I would absolutely recommend him and use him for all of my carpeting/flooring needs.

We were impressed that we spoke with the owner, and he described in detail what they could do, and offered an in-home estimate. They arrived on schedule and performed their work in a professional and timely manner. We will definitely recommend Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners, Inc. to friends and and relatives.

We were very satisfied with the stain removal. Our carpet looks like new and there is no trace of the stains. Dave was very helpful in answering questions, moving furniture, protecting furniture and other areas of our home during the cleaning process, and providing finishing instructions. We're impressed with the courteous and friendly treatment we received, and consider Professional a service provider we can trust in our home. Carpet dried very quickly (within a few hours), and continues to look very good. Incredible to have that year-old wine stain from our Christmas party actually disappear before our eyes ~ Wow! I called this company up on May 12th. I wasn't sure what I wanted so he said he would come out and give me a no obligation estimate. He came out that same day and gave me an estimate of about $245. I didn't call him back until a week later and he remebered me. I told him I would like him to clean my carpets as we discussed on Monday may 24th. He assured me, garanteed me that I would love it. He was right I loved It they came in did the job, carefully moved my stuff around and told me exactly what to expect as the carpet dried. And the price was vvery close ($243) to the 245 that was quoted. Very nice Job

Dan was very responsive. Returned my phone call and stopped out for an estimate within days of placing my call. Scheduled service around my tenants' schedule and performed work on time, below original budget. Very satisfied with their service.

WE HAD HORRENDOUS STAINS ON OUR CARPET AND THEY TOOK LOTS OF TIME TO MAKE SURE THEY CAME OUT. THE CLEANER WAS AWESOME AND VERY PROFESSIONAL!
