We are selling our house and needed the carpets cleaned and there are so many unreputable carpet cleaners out there that I joined Angie's List just to find a good one. I'm glad I did. They showed up on time and were very professional. They went over the price with me and there was no "bait & switch". We had spilled some paint on a step and they were able to lighten it up enough to not have to replace the area. We even felt comfortable enough with the techs that we left them alone in the house. When we got back, the carpets looked great! I would highly recommend Professional Carpet & Upholstery Cleaners.

My daughter had a bloddy nose and decided to run for mom and dad. Needless to say, our bedroom looked like a crime scene. I used our carpet shampooer and I thought I did a good job. The next morning, once everything dried, it did not look great. I waited a few days to call a cleaner becuase I was researching cleaners on Angies List. I selecte Professional Carpet based on reviews. I called on a Thursday and scheduled for Monday. Dave and Keith arrived on time. I showed them the rooms and they immediately got to work. We have a long haired black cat, other cleaner have left with fur balls all over and sayin "well at least you have clean fur balls". Dave and Keith were able to get up all the black fur (no fur balls). This was more than I expected. They did a great job and will call again!

They showed up on time, worked quickly but thoroughly, and did a great job. Their estimate was clear and the price was good. I look forward to having them come back in the Fall to do the rest of my house.

New carpet is expensive, my carpet was heavily soiled and is relatively old. The guys, came and cleaned carpet. It looks so much nicer and saved me a lot of money over replacing.

I called and talked to the owner and found him to be very pleasant and willing to work with me on timing for the cleaning. He readily gave me the advertised discount which was appreciated. The workers came when expected and did a great job of removing some animal odors and stains. I especially liked their green approach to cleaning. I had hired them for a friend and now I will use them for my house this fall.

They worked hard and my carpets look great! Very professional and thorough. Have recommended them to all my friends.

They did a really great job. First, Dan scheduled me on a Saturday before the holiday weekend and even though he wanted to schedule early, he accommodated my need to start later. Then, when the technician was there, the renters were not quite all moved out as planned and he waited patiently and professionally - very appreciated. The technician went through the house with me and pointed out the problem spots and did a very thorough and complete job. Carpets look as good as they possibly could.

I called for a quote and to set up an appointment for carpet cleaning in my large family room yesterday afternoon. I was given a complete run down on their services and amazed that they were able to come this morning at 7:30 A.M. and complete the job before I had to leave for work. The pet stains, rust spots and dirty stairs are all gone. The furniture was put up on styrofoam blocks while the carpet dries. The technicians were very pleasant and professional. A great experience!

This is my second time using this company, and they have always been very prompt, profession!)al, and thorough. They also do a nice job of explaining the process they use to clean. They came out the day after I called with a 2 person team and finished the work within an hour (and it looks great!)

They did a wonderful job!! I have a small dog and he thought he was in Central Park. His mess were hard to find and they came in with a black light just to be sure. They pointed out areas he was going in that I had no knowledge of. The team at Professional made my carpets fresh and like new. They had an extra-long wand that was able to get under my enormous bed. Fast-reacting time, call to visit: 24 hours. A little pricy but you get what you pay for.

We have used them twice (unfortunately) for a leak in our basement and they have been extremely responsive, professional and communicate exactly what is happening and why.

From the time I called until they arrived-ready to clean- was just a couple of days. The two men worked hard and were polite, professional and willing to answer questions.

Very polite and pleasant to speak with on the phone (spoke to co. owner). Setup appt for near future - didn't have to wait long. Cleaners were running early on the cleaning day so they asked if they could arrive early. I docked them a little for this because good punctuality not only means not running late but also not running early. I know this is difficult in this business but some people are so scheduled that they depend on true punctuality. Cleaning was very quick and as advertised - no upselling which I appreciated. After the cleaning, the carpet wasn't as soft as before. I can't say if there was soap residue or not but I'd guess so. I'm sure this is normal for every company that cleans with soap regardless of what you're told. Perhaps if more time was spent on the extraction it wouldn't have been an issue but how can you tell. Next time we'll try Zerorez and see how the carpet feels.

The cleaners were quick, polite, complete and did a good job. The business owner, however, was very disorganized. When I first called, there was no answer and I left a message explaining that I needed carpets cleaned. When he called back, he gave me a long detailed speech about their upholstery cleaning process before realizing that I had not asked for upholstery cleaning. He then gave a different speech about their carpet cleaning process, which was so long and overly detailed that I almost had to cut him off to get back to my family. He then stated that he was unprepared and did not have his calendar, so could not make an appointment. He asked if he could call back over the weekend, which he did. I was not home, but we eventually reconnected and made an appointment. I realized the next day that I would need to change the appointment, so I called back and he agreed to change the day. The cleaners, however, appeared on the day that we originally set--they had not been told of the change. They were very agreeable and returned on the appropriate day to do a fine job. The carpets were clean, the price was reasonable and the carpets dried quickly. I would not use this company again, though, because the owner was so disorganized and long-winded.

I called this company on Monday and received detailed explanation of their process for cleaning carpets. They were very friendly and answered all of my questions. I was able to schedule the cleaning for Weds. The team came out at their scheduled time and the carpet looks great! The smell from the cleaning was also minimal.

We had water enter our basement through the egress window well. Dan and crew were at our home within hours of our initial call. He didn't quite make his initial time window but called with a timing update. They got right to work, even helped move some big furniture items from the damaged areas. He explained the plan and helped identify the problem that lead to the leak. It was a very positive interaction.

Professional Carpet were great from the first call I gave them to get an initial estimate. They were very professional on the phone and in person. Very knowledgeable, flexible with my scheduling and fast to complete the carpet cleaning. Not to mention they were able to restore our carpet to looking new, even after several years of traffic and a few pet stains. The price was a little high compared to a few other quotes I received, but their courtesy and ability to get our carpet looking like new again made up for it.

Mr. Dave, the technician who had called to confirm the time, came on time. He was very friendly and professional. He looked at the stains and measured, to give an estimate. Finally, he completed the job.

Dan was very patient, understanding and flexible. We were delayed several times on closing on our new home and kept re-scheduling cleaning appointments. When we finally closed on our house in the morning Dan sent a team out that afternoon! They were professional and did an excellent job!

Quick service, fast, friendly and well done. Explained cleaning process in good detail & gave me time for questions. Very professional.

We are glad we did the entire house-they did a fantastic job. We have pets and teens (that should be enough to explain why the carpets need cleaning). Our basement area looks great and so does the rest of the house. Very glad we had this done and highly recommend this company.

Warning: the Angie's List 10% off coupon is bogus if you have a small job! A lot about this company was wonderful. Everyone I spoke with was professional and helpful. Our cat had peed in a basket in a closet, which then got on the carpet, and they were so helpful getting us on the schedule right away. The quality of the cleaning was really good as well. They were nice enough to do a second bedroom since I hadn't reached my minimum charge with the square footage of the first bedroom. The problem I had, was that my job was small--one bedroom and the closet with the pet issue. They have a $195 minimum, and I thought from my telephone conversation with the owner that the carpet injections for the pet urine would be part of this, but it was not. So I paid the minimum PLUS a fee for injections, then with tax and a waste fee, so my final bill was over $250. I didn't get the 10% off coupon on any of this (because they have a minimum they said). They were really great at fitting me in quickly, and really nice, but I really prefer more transparent pricing, and I think if you're going to advertise a coupon on Angie's List, you should let the customer use the coupon.

They gave the estimate the same day I called and completed the work the same week. The spots were treated in the stained areas.

Gave great overview of service on the phone and the team that arrived was very professional and took pride in their work. They were very quick - only one hour though I was told 2 hours on the phone. Was able to get out lots of old stains on the stairs that I thought would never come out, but missed newer stains in the bedroom that should have been easy to remove. The carpet was wet for two full days, but they didn't warn me about that in advance or during the service. An unpleasant smell was noticeable for about a week; I'm guessing that was from the Teflon carpet protector that was applied. The team wanted me to fill out a paper Angie's list review form and give it to them before they left, but I was uncomfortable doing that before the carpet dried. I'm glad I didn't, because there were visible stains after the carpet was dry.

I sent an email at midnight. Five hours later, I had an emailed response from the company. Soon after that, we spoke on the phone. Dan said that he could have technicians out to clean the carpet in two days, and that they had industrial chemicals they could use to neutralize the pet odor. He generously offered, also, to come out a second time for free if the odor was not eliminated by one treatment. They responded quickly to my initial inquiries, were punctual, and professional. I would use this company again.
