Dan reached out to me after my initial email inquiry to have them remove and dispose of a pool table from our home. He contacted me w/in a day and asked if I wanted to set it up for that week Thursday. When I initially contacted to told them it would likely be one of the next two Thursdays. As it happens this one would not work and noted that I'd now like to do the following week due work scheduling and would that work? He called and missed me and so I called back and while talking to him wasn't easy - it was like he was trying to be quiet and doing something else, I asked if the next FRIDAY would work due to a change in my work schedule. Dan said yes that should work. We agreed I'd text him my address and details. I did, noting I'd be home all day that day so just to drop a note to me 30 minutes prior. I should have been concerned that I didn't hear back from him but assumed all was OK. Friday came and went and no one called or showed up. The end.

Communication sometimes difficult, but eventually the job did get done. Work was good quality and we had a good outcome.

The move went very well. The movers were very friendly and knowledgeable. The man who came to re-assemble the table was also very friendly and really knew his stuff. They did an amazing job. He even re-attached one of the decorative trim pieces that had broken off years ago free of charge! Price was the best in town and I was more than impressed with the service.

One bumper went bad, called to replace. I have been waiting over 5 months for him to show up. Doesnt return texts promptly, has promised he will come ASAP. Nonsense. It is a small repair and they are not interested in taking care of me. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS IF YOU WANT PROMPT, PROFESSIONAL SERVICE.

We were originally going to move in July 2012, but the sale of our house fell through. We had already arranged for the pool table to be moved, when we had to cancel Professional Billiards was understanding. We weren't charged a cancellation charge. In November the sale did go through and we moved the week-end before Thanksgiving. Professional Billiards picked up the pool table the night before closing and kept the pool table until after the Thanksgiving holiday. This worked for both of us - for us due to the chaos of moving and for the billiard company to be able to enjoy the holiday time. They were very flexible, professional, and nice people.

It was honestly the best company that I have never worked with. The guy was very professional. He had to walk up a three levels to get to my apartment. There was no elevator. He also leveled it for me as well.
