+ -1 moreGreat! Jim comes to the house when he says he will, he charges what he tells me he will charge, and he does the work he says he will do. Whenever I have had a concern, Jim has promptly addressed it to my satisfaction. I have no complaints whatsoever.
Description of Work: I have used Jim from Pro Master plumbing for all of my plumbing needs in my 1984 house, since I moved in to the house in 1997. He has probably done a dozen jobs in the house, from changing faucets to installing refrigerator water lines, to installing new shower drains, installing new outdoor faucets, water filters, etc. Jim has always been very responsive (I've had a few plumbing "emergencies", and Jim has come right over), professional, and has done a great job. I think he's also very fair with his pricing. I trust Jim to do the job right, professionally, and to charge me appropriately. Have been very happy with Jim and his services.

Description of Work: Attached kitchen sink water pipes to include garbage disposal, hook up new faucets for kitchen sink, attach water line for new refrigerator. Also asked him to check out the water faucets for washing machine. These were about 20 years old and leaking. He needed to cut hole in wall to install completely new set. He was so careful and did an outstanding job.

+ -1 moreJim was very professional, respectful and efficient at getting the job done. It was obvious that he was dedicated to doing the job right. I purchased most of my own fixtures on the Internet and Jim installed them. Many plumbers would be unwilling to do that. I would definitely use Jim again. Jim was hired by my general contractor as part of my overall basement project.
Description of Work: Jim roughed in a wet bar and full bathroom during my basement finishing project, then returned to install the fixtures, toilet, etc. He also rerouted some existing water pipes.
