+ -1 moreI visited the showroom a couple of times during the lunch hour. The first time the door was locked and the second time there was no one in the lobby. Even though I lingered around the showroom for about 10 minutes, no one appeared. I called the next time on a Saturday to ensure their hours and did get very helpful service from Dave. He took me to view the slabs and showed me what soapstone looked like. When I returned with my drawing a few days later, Dave put together a proposal quickly and showed me the remnant piece they proposed using. Also, the president of the company made a point of coming over to shake my hand.
Description of Work: Tear out and dispose of countertops. Use remnant slab of standard edge Soapstone 3-cm to create two countertops (one 12 square feet and one 10.25 square feet), including backsplashes and undermount sink cutout. Some seaming might be required. Price would be higher if non-remnant piece were used.
