Premier landscape upgrade l.l.c

I want to warn everyone about this company! I have a huge job to do that they have NOT finished! I hard a large storm come through about a year ago and I hired this company to replace my fence. At first I thought this would be a great company to work with as David the owner reassured me for their quality and work ethic. Sadly I have had a terrible experience. They were working on the fence and almost had it completed besides the the 2 openings on either side of the fence, as they were waiting until the house was painted, understandable, but that was the End of July it is now the end of October. The panels that they left there laying on the ground are completely destroyed. I have made multiple phone calls and text messaging. When I spoke to them at the end of July I was informed there was a family emergency that the owner David needed to go out of town but he would send his crew over to my house. Well this has not happened. I then spoke to him over a month ago he said he would be sending them back. This still has not happened. I have called them over 20 times and sent multiple text messages. Still no answer. After having all of this go on I had the contractor that did my roof, windows, and house look around. There are multiple posts that are not cemented into the ground and multiple panels that are not even nailed or screwed in. They are paid in full and I am in the process of working with the bank to reverse charges. The city also called me because they never pulled a permit and the city wants a completion date. Truly saddening. I had every intention is hiring them to do more work but WILL NOT after this!!
